I've had insomnia all my life, and I actually found my secret to falling asleep fast - it's this channel! I mean that in the best possible way, Mia's voice and the way she explains things is super soothing to me and almost always makes me sleepy when hardly anything else does. I've rewatched old videos hundreds of times, to the point where I can recite some of them, because they put me to sleep within half an hour instead of me lying awake for hours. This channel was honestly a godsend for me. While I understand the new direction, having three different voices instead of one is way too jarring for me to find any of the new videos soothing. I'd love it if Mia did videos on her own every now and then, but I guess in the meantime I'll just be rewatching old videos lol.
Since early in the morning I got like a pressure in my stomach, like someone's pinching my intestine ... I tried n°2 exercice, well it turns out I accumulated gaz, it reeeally help me release some tension in my stomach ! ( Yeah, I f*rted the hell out of them haha ^^) thank you !
The biggest thing we found is to try stress less and put things into perspective. Also being aware of your routine and the bad habits we have and changing them little by little. Glad you found the video helpful! Thanks for commenting, and good luck!

Surgery scars could be a little difficult because it's deep broken scar tissue. But we will definitely research into it and see if there are any natural fixes to help! Thanks for commenting girl x
