Mmmmm, Shrooms!! I nerver thought of using spinach! I always do the italian sausage version, now I can do both. I also make something fun every Super Bowl ! This year I'll make these! These mushroons are Magic! You should have wore a concert jersey and threw everyone off! Great Job!!
Ha! That's funny. Hope you enjoyed the Super Bowl. Sundays are always busy for me and I completely forgot to turn on the TV,. It wasn't until my husband got home with two minutes left in the game that I caught the tail end.
Thank YOU. That Artichoke/Spinach Dip is a classic, for sure. These Stuffed Mushrooms are yummy, too, but only served hot. If you end up making them, be sure to reheat them, if necessary.
ha, I don't think I've ever watched a Superbowl. Maybe a few minutes. :) I like baseball a bit, but mostly I like watching figure skating, so I'm enjoying the Olympics right now.

I think I would mix the parm in, or put parm on a plate and turn mushrooms upside down and dip in cheese. I am too clumsy and would not want to waste one tiny morsel of cheese!
