So game changer for me anyways. I had some leftover chopped beef with onion that I added to the cream cheese filling. Oh my lanta!! So good. Also, I used my air frier instead of using the oven. 380° for 9 minutes. Thank you for sharing this recipe!!

HI - I make these almost the same as you. If you like blue cheese use that and parm absolutely amazing! Maytag blue from Amana, IA is mild and creamy and melts well. We like to serve them on top of a grilled steak. Loving your videos.
I made the mushrooms today for church. I bought 3 huge packs and there was only 3 left when we were done eating. Everyone that had them loved them!! I skipped the herbs you added and did garlic herb spread because I couldn't find Guyer. Fried and crushed bacon. Added that to the cheese plus chives. Did Parmesan cheese, sharp cheddar, Monterey jack, and mozzarella. Every one said they were delicious and I told them I got the recipe from your channel.

I have never been able to use it because no one will provide propane except for those using furnaces too. I now have a 100 lb gas tank but all the parts we have tried won't work on it.

If you want to switch it up and try another combination , do exactly what you did for this recipe but replace the Gruyère with Asiago and also add chives. Delicious! :)

You can use crushed up pork rinds instead of bread crumbs to keep it low carb. You can also use chicken skins that have been toasted crispy in an air fryer, crushed up

If you have not tried using them before instead of just white button mushrooms try using Cremini Mushrooms. They are baby Portabella mushrooms and they have a richer mushroom flavor than just the white button ones.

I just thought about this. Zach when hulling out a mushroom use one of those kitchen tools made to remove the green tops off of strawberries. It will be perfect to use on your mushrooms. I am enjoying your cooking channel. My husband of 44 years doesn’t cook at all. That is fine with me I LOVE COOKING!!! It is nice seeing you do something I find relaxing & truly enjoy cooking. @@Thebateskitchen the tool I’m suggesting looks like a tiny spoon with spikes all around the scoop part. They are really cheap & sell them at every store. Sometimes you find them next to the fresh strawberries in the produce section. Walmart does carry them . Hope this helps you can google it to see what it looks like. It isn’t the tweezer type. Sorry I didn’t explain in my comment.

Yummy! I love to make stuffed mushrooms. I use a mild ground sausage, spinach, and mozzarella cheese/parmesan cheese mix...maybe some bread crumbs too. I get those big portabella mushrooms and just make a meal out of it. I haven't done them in a long time, but was just thinking about them this week....then you make these and it must be a sign. It takes a few tries but if you will grab the thyme stem at the tip and run your fingers in your other hand down to the end, the leaves should come right off.

Boursin can be a flavorful substitute for cream cheese in my stuffed chicken as well!

Love stuffed mushrooms. Will have to try your recipe. I make with cooked crispy bacon pieces, mushroom caps, cream cheese and green onions. So yummy.

If you have not tried using them before instead of just white button mushrooms try using Cremini Mushrooms. They are baby Portabella mushrooms and they have a richer mushroom flavor than just the white button ones.

I just thought about this. Zach when hulling out a mushroom use one of those kitchen tools made to remove the green tops off of strawberries. It will be perfect to use on your mushrooms. I am enjoying your cooking channel. My husband of 44 years doesn’t cook at all. That is fine with me I LOVE COOKING!!! It is nice seeing you do something I find relaxing & truly enjoy cooking. @@Thebateskitchen the tool I’m suggesting looks like a tiny spoon with spikes all around the scoop part. They are really cheap & sell them at every store. Sometimes you find them next to the fresh strawberries in the produce section. Walmart does carry them . Hope this helps you can google it to see what it looks like. It isn’t the tweezer type. Sorry I didn’t explain in my comment.

One trick I use to get the skins off the garlic is, I take two metal bowls put the garlic in them and shake vigorously, it and it loosens the skins.

Yummy! I love to make stuffed mushrooms. I use a mild ground sausage, spinach, and mozzarella cheese/parmesan cheese mix...maybe some bread crumbs too. I get those big portabella mushrooms and just make a meal out of it. I haven't done them in a long time, but was just thinking about them this week....then you make these and it must be a sign. It takes a few tries but if you will grab the thyme stem at the tip and run your fingers in your other hand down to the end, the leaves should come right off.
