The game changer for me was finding something I could support my feet with above me so I could get into perfect form using support and then release. It really helped me learn what that form feels like. (also film it!)
@@Joaogabriel-ov8zs Not the easiest thing to find but a ceiling, a beam or something that is above at the perfect height to put your feet on. This means you can be in perfect form and supported rather than bananaing to touch a wall.

I've been practicing the exercise for about a week, and man does it really works your lats and shoulders. These require some athleticism, but they aren't too tough for a beginner to learn. To achieve the best results, make sure you are emulating an actual handstand when performing these exercises. 9.5/10 tutorial! 👍

I skipped everything, I even skipped the wall. I just said yolo and did my first hand stand in like 5 tries (88kg btw). It’s easy as long as you commit.
I learned the same way. I just jumped into it, taught myself in a grass field. But because of that you learn bad techniques! Which become habits over time. Now i have to go back and learn all the things i should have learned first. But even with bad technique. I got atleast 1m45s for a free hold! Where there is a will.. There is a way!
@@vireshkumar8470 just tell your mind you want it, and start trying! There are a wide variety of exercises you probably should practice first though, just to make it easier on your body.

In exercise 5 I can't see the feet, so not sure what the exercise is: is it alternately moving a single leg off wall, or is it attempting to balance both legs off wall?
Basically curl in your fingers a bit and push them into the ground. That will make your legs leave the wall and teach you balance. Release tension and let your feet hit the wall slowly. Repeat.
I was good to goes on hand for 20 years ago…. Now iam 20 lbs bigger not fat but iam a little afraid to do handstand…… do you Think my weight 190 lbs is to much ????
