The game changer for me was finding something I could support my feet with above me so I could get into perfect form using support and then release. It really helped me learn what that form feels like. (also film it!)

Hello brother, I practice push day and pull day, then I take a day off and then start again. On push day I practice the planche movement, and on pull day I practice fronte lever movement
So what is your advice to me?
Make sure you not just train skill work, progress strength too with pull up and dip with the weight 💪

In exercise 5 I can't see the feet, so not sure what the exercise is: is it alternately moving a single leg off wall, or is it attempting to balance both legs off wall?
Basically curl in your fingers a bit and push them into the ground. That will make your legs leave the wall and teach you balance. Release tension and let your feet hit the wall slowly. Repeat.

I skipped everything, I even skipped the wall. I just said yolo and did my first hand stand in like 5 tries (88kg btw). It’s easy as long as you commit.
I learned the same way.
I just jumped into it, taught myself in a grass field.
But because of that you learn bad techniques! Which become habits over time.
Now i have to go back and learn all the things i should have learned first.
But even with bad technique. I got atleast 1m45s for a free hold!

There are a wide variety of exercises you probably should practice first though, just to make it easier on your body.
I think you have good shoulder exercises base

i trained it 1 day but it work i can 2 sec only handstand but after 5 day i can 10 sec

It's not just about the exercise, you need to have a muscle mind connection... So do slow focused reps and see the results...
