Hey Tushar bhai , want your suggestion on GTG , can i do cupping + side pressure for hook following GTG ?
Or as you said not to train side pressure, what else will you suggest me to do for hook . Like which excercise with dummbell/band
Yes bro same question , I am currently doing cupping and back pressure with bands by this GTG trick
I feel cupping is enough to use with GTG
But doing side pressure with that
Can stress your hand alot
Which can injury u alot
But if you trian with bands I feel you can trian because
Bands are less Injurious
But don't push your side pressure like if pura din side pressure maroge your elbow can blow out or get injury prone alot alot
So side pressure just 2 se 3 time in week alag sessions me karo
Build it slowly unnatural movement hai for your hand

See there is type of methods to trian
Chahe bodybuilding, powerlifting ho kuch nhi ho
Here also you can trian pronation hard as possible in one session
But that's a different method where you make your trianing program and follow it
But this GTG is different here you do the movement again and again days and week
Taki muslce fatigue na ho
And check your pr 1 month bad
Then again adjust your trianing
Increase your GTG Rep & weight range
Also 100 percentage trian karna is like vo hum ak baar me all in jate hai and trian Muslce
But this is different here apko Roz and har hour karna hai
So you can't go hard as possible
