Handley Page Victor XM715 at Bruntingthorpe 2017

Preparing to fast taxi at Bruntingthorpe back in 2017. Note the huge amount of fuel gushing from the rear vent (00:27), didn't seem to cause any concern to the ground crew-is this a normal thing??
