Because for dinner/supper today i had fully cooked Texas smoked brisket that i got off the internet. I've also ordered from Corky's in Memphis. I'm waiting on when we will be able to order from BBQ Southern Style 😃

I have never seen 15lbs of beef in one place. I live in theUS North East Urban area. There are a lot of things I can't get. The Kosher butchers were displaced by the Halal butchers but the prices (I think they are fair) are out of my reach

This channel is serious. I've never seen a brisket being prepared in this way. The potato preparation is pretty unique as well with the use of the pretzel salt. Bravo!
