I love your videos, but your audience probably doesnt have all the cookers you do! I know I only have a Weber 3 burner. Can you PLEASE give the back yard weekender a cooking lesson?
That sausage antipasto looks and I bet taste amazing. I am undoubtedly using this recipe. I dont eat the swine anymore but would substitute the pork for beef and turkey sausages. Wouldnt alter anything else. Thanks for sharing my man.👍
Lol, I'm sorry but you guys have to stay tuned in for season 3. Things are going to get crazy intense with never seen before barbecue techniques and recipes to shock the world. It's going to be good so stick around and definitely don't go anywhere.
Thank you, we have a ton more content to end Season 2 on the way. Season 3 begins January 1st 2024 with a new smoke house to cook in along with a huge array of new smokers and grills, the best is on the way. Thank you so much for watching.
You're always giving me new techniques and ideas to try...thanks for all you do! I enjoy your videos and your style! I can't wait to try this method on some baby backs I got waiting in my freezer...take care my friend!
used your method on my ribs yesterday and they turned out fantastic! I don't know if I will be cooking full racks again after this! So tender and so much faster!! We all loved them!@@bbqsouthernstyle
I have been craving beef ribs. Unfortunately my supermarket didnt have any (they had short ribs which I bought, but its not the same.) When I get my hands on some, I'm going to cut them apart like this. I like the idea of all sides having flavor, not just the top and bottom. I have been known to cook a full slab, but cut between them most of the way (just leaving the ends connected) to get rub / sauce between them.
Imagine having him as a relative I’ll always be over his house 😂 great job!!
Lol they don't leave lol.
@@bbqsouthernstyle hahahaha that's a huge problem!!
I'd sleep on his back porch asking could I maintain all the smokers and wash dishes. Will work for food, if its Southern Style's
I would just camp out in his backyard!
@@bbqsouthernstyle 😂
Well done.but let's see what that smoker do to a Thanksgiving turkey next for loyal subscribers
Good idea!!
Mmmm. I have smoked a Turkey and rotisseried one. A combo would be best. Those were my favorite two turkeys ever!

When you put the ribs in the pan and cover them with aluminum foil, how hot did you have the grill? What temperature 300??

Thank you give a very different taste also to the rib.

I skin mine. That way the salt and or pepper and seasonings actually permeate the meat. “Silver Skin” is like a plastic barrier in my experience.
True!
When are you going to open up a BBQ Southern Style restaurant in St. Louis? I'd be there 7 days a week 🤠
LOl thank you Nick brother!

I would not recommend cutting apart beef ribs you will dry them baby's right out.
