Really? List the body count of the Mishimas. List the playable characters that have actually died under a Mishima's hand. There's Eddy's master? And Miguel's wife? And those are barely characters. Marduk comes in and rapes a long time character that we know.

and also, rapist have a much more hated tone against them. in alot of cases, rape can cause trauma that is so horrific. the victims never get better and end up killing themselves. also rape against women and children in most societies is seen as way worse.

They actually dropped these events from Tekken 5 and changed his story. From what it looks like now its that Marduk is not a bad guy anymore, although they portrayed him like an A hole in Tekken 4 and 5. The bar fight was always described as something like both getting drunk and Marduk being more powerful accidentally killing Armor King. As for Anna and Steve part they completely got rid of that and took the story to the Kings. Even in Tekken 6 SC if you play Anna or Steve Marduk or them wont show any sign that they know each other. I am glad they did not go with Tekken 5 Marduk Character lol.
Not everything in the story mode is canon. Marduk's ending for exemple is non canon, so that scene with Steve never happened

What I love about most Tekken Endings is that these guys go through a normal martial arts tournament and end up fighting literal Demons and/or devils in the Finale (I doubt that was advertised when the tournaments are announced), but after going through that they all go "Anyways" and just do some rich guy stuff

To be fair, its not like hes a hero or something, he IS supposed to be scummy, even his fighting style is, hes the 'big bad' archetype. But for SOME reason King is friends with him and thats what baffles me. Maybe that represents King is good to a fault, kinda like bat man?
Necroposting here but my takeaway from this story is that Marduk can't ever become better as a person unless he gets someone's guidance, King clearly acknowledges that which is why instead of murdering him and setting nothing right he decides to befriend him and show him that maybe, and maybe committing murder and SA isn't normal human behavior.

If you miss T5 and have a good PC, you should download PCSX2, a PS2 emulator, then download the T5 Iso. If you do this, then search up a tutorial online on how to set up.
I think the t6 made it so that AK1 (the guy who got killed by marduk) had a heart condition and died from a heart attack and not completely by marduk's hand (who was drunk) so that excuses it a bit, and him making a bit of a face (though he is a heel to AK2 the brother) turning into a somewhat of neutral guy by befriending King post t5 is better, but yeah, marduk is a bit of a creep still and the anna rape was just a bad joke... And I say this as a guy who like Feng's story alot and think that his TT2 ending is a bit of a bad joke as well.

The first armor king died by Morducs hand and he went to prison. The king second was mad because of the of his master death so he payed for marduc realise. Then he beat him that badly that he ended in hospital. He was about to finish him but then noticed that he has family, even though he was a dick he knew he would be missed. Like he did his master Armor king and his father Figure the first king. That's why I was wondering is tekken 5 story change since Armor King is back and Marduc was not mocking him in dark resurrection.

Harada was pushing just how unlikable they could make this guy. Killing a fan favorite character, raping a fan favorite character and then let's just giving him an arrogant personality without the charm of the Mishimas. Mind you this isn't some no face nobody like Eddy's friend or Miguel's wife that he killed and raped, they were all playable characters. If Tekken revolved around the Kings and the Williams-Fox families Marduk would undoubtedly be the unredeemable bad guy. And it could have been good a completely evil Marduk fighting King and Steve but instead they went with King not only forgives Marduk but becomes friends. And they have the nerve to try to make us feel sorry for him in T6 with how he is haunted and tortured because of that oopsie he made when he killed Armor King 1. Thank god for AK2, the only one to call bullshit on reformed Marduk.

I think Jin is decent though. I've changed up the colours with the Triangle Costume (Shirtless), which makes him stand out a bit more. Just have Leg Chains, Arm Chains, and Black pants with Yellow Flames. Jin stands out with Yellow. Also have Black Gloves, and Yellow Leg Guards.
