That's true, but Jinpachi has been dead for a long time. To say the current employees know him would be going by the bold assumption that the Jinpachi era employees are neither dead nor retired by the time he came back. Even if there were pictures or articles about him in the Zaibatsu, that would raise a fuckton of questions as to how he's alive after being presumed dead for so long.
Yea even in the opening and dark resurrection opening you can see Jinpachi breaking his chains in human form

Considering the fact that Jinpachi is much more level-headed than Heihachi and generally hates violence and war, this isn't too unrealistic, minus the demon form.

How come Jinpachi knows Jin in this cinematic? In the actual Story Mode playing as jin, he has no idea who he is... I get this is a gag ending but was it so hard for it to be Kazuya to shout Jin's name instead? Same effect.
I know, right? Jinpachi could've spoken first, saying "Kazuya?!" in a surprised manner. Kazuya being surprised to learn he isn't alone on the rocket could go "Grandpa?!" then look to his left (our right) and realize Jin is there, saying "Jin?!" It would've made a ton more sense and would've had the same effect.
Isn't it kazuya who says "jin!?"?

Jinpanchi and What was in Jin's ending were not the same person. Jin was speaking to that evil spirit, not Jinpnachi, you guys have to get this right.
I assume that Jinpachi taking the Zaibatsu over happened like it did for Heihachi in Tekken 7:
Jinpachi: "I run this place now!"
Guard:"What? You're under arrest!"
10 minutes and many, MANY bodies later:
Jinpachi: "As I was saying, I run this place now."
Whoever's left: "Yes, sir!"
Jinpanchi is a noble and good guy. He would at least pay their hospital bills and employ them again.

Jinpachi did die before Jin was born. That's why in Jin's story, he asks who he is before fighting him.

To be fair, if a big scary demon guy(reminder that Jinpachi is fucking HUGE) shows up, are you going to defy him? I sure as fuck wouldnt because thats a good way to get a fireball to the face.

His d+1,2 is so broken (if the opponent can't block that, forced to crouch and then pushed away) that's why that move never shows up again after T5DR

they are chained to the rocket and not an orbital capsule so they would not make it out of the atmosphere, just saying they would have fallen at terminal velocity back to earth which I don't imagine would be enough to kill any of those guys.

No, he made him starve to death underground. That's arguably even more cruel. He didn't even have the courtesy to kill Jinpachi when he defeated him (you know, deliver an honourable killing blow).
But then, maybe he knew he couldn't. After all, Heihachi did say "The Mishima's are invincible!" to Raven, so maybe he thought his father wouldn't die so easily, presuming he passed on his superhuman durability and endurance onto him.

I always wondered, why Jinpachi can be so damn powerful, thaks with the possetion of a random ghot, that he can destroy the whole planet by himself, leaving the whole devil gene drama, like a joke?
Bro the mishimas are devil slayers. Regular heihachi slayed like 2 devils. The last one survived because he was a mishima aswell.
Heihachi went toe to toe with full devil kazuya.
And lars (another mishima) survived an encounter with azazel absorbed kazuya.
The mishimas are just built different.

Was able to whoop, heihachi, jinpachi, kazuya, azazel. At the age of 19-22.
Keep in mind he's not even fully grown. A mans bones keep getting denser till the age of 30. So jin is still a spring chicken.

This is where Heihachi started to become a joke too. It wasn't until T7 that he became serious again. But the writing in 7 left alot to be desired. Too many inconsistencies and plot holes.
Yeah that's because he is chronologically unconscious in Tekken 5 and 6
In tekken 6 Scenario campaign he was not a joke character
