    Hi Jessica, I purchased your EFT Weight Loss Program back in 2013 or 2014...since then I have maintained a 93 lb weight loss and are blessed to continue to walk around in a size 8 healthy body. I had struggled my entire lfe with yo yo morbid obesity, depression, anger, resentment and self-loathing. Today I use tapping for lots of things. I went from a man's triple x chef jacket to a ladies small/medium. I highly recommend this work to any and all who still struggle. Thank YOU! Chef Maria

    I've attended the World Tapping Summit twice and have been tapping daily for over a year now. It's gone a long way to raise my self-esteem and make me more hopeful. It helps when I am afraid, obsessing, or remembering anger.

    I started to cry straight away. Wow. I've put on so much weight in the last 3 months and I've beem telling myself and my friends that I'm happy as a pig in mud! I gave up on thr dating scene and embraced being independent and single. Now I want to be slimmer and healthier for me..not another person. Thank you.

    I bought this book years ago. I had no problem losing weight but when I got to a certain weight, I could never get past it. And what it highlighted to me was that I associated losing weight with upset. I would lose a lot of weight when I had some sort of trauma, ie when I split up with a boyfriend. And also, I witnessed my mum losing so much weight when she split from my Dad. It made so much sense. I then was able to lose the extra weight.

    • @miyovond4411
      @miyovond4411 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Oh my god I have the same association in my mind, your comment just helped me realize that! Wow. I’m always the thinnest when I’m most miserable in toxic relationships and after breakups. Woooow. Now I’m in a happy place and maybe I’ll finally release some belly along with the accumulated unconscious stress. ♥️

      @@miyovond4411 AHH that is so amazing. I'm glad it helped you. I've still kept the weight off x

    • @rodriguesjujuz
      @rodriguesjujuz 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Wow I think I have the same, what do you mean by losing weight by being upset? I’ve never been fat my whole life until I started a relationship, my first relationship I gain so much weight, we broke up and I lost all the weight, went years being single again and I was thin, then I met my husband, gain so much weight again, I see that there’s a connection but I still don’t understand where and why, but your comment made so much sense to me.

    • @lozzerm68
      @lozzerm68 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@rodriguesjujuz The times that I was at my lowest weight was when something traumatic happened ie split with boyfriend. Also, when mum split with my Dad she lost loads of weight so again I associate weight loss with sad situations.
      That's why when I would focus on losing weight (which I found reasonably easy to do) and doing a great job I could never get past a particular weight on the scales. I would either eat more so I would just plateau for ages and no matter how much I tried I couldn't get to my target weight. Just losing that last half a stone.
      A year or so on from this message I have got down below that weight and very happy with my shape and weight and haven't really put any one. Maintained it for a long while now.
      I think the fact you put on weight in a relationship is contentment maybe. TO be honest, I haven't been in a relationship for a long while so I will be interested to see how I am in a relationship again. I may put a bit on. I will try my hardest not to but I don't have great willpower. It's because I am on my own and I can just not buy stuff so won't eat it. I imagine if you are with someone you will have more stuff around.

      Balling my eyes out roxanne, I owned a health food store and know all the so-called right things to eat, but the weight never budged except to go up. This is very powerful. The pain physical caused by my excees weight has made me no longer want to live. I would never take my life....but I am tired of crying every morning just trying to move my poor body that is carrying all of this. I am a healer myself....and helped so many people. I thought maybe I was taking on their energies. All I know is I have always been too hard on myself. Bless you Sister, we are in this together. 💞

      Me too! I began to cry because I’m hard on myself about everything. I can speak life into others life but not in my own. I beat myself over everything. I worry so much. I used to have crippling, constant anxiety which I eventually realized was a result of my birth control. I quit almost a year ago and feel much better, but still have the occasional anxiety attack which almost always leads to heart palpitations which makes me even more anxious. I just found this video and used it to address my anxiety and I feel so calm and relaxed now. I’d heard of tapping but never used it before, and I’m amazed at how quickly this calmed me down. Thank you for posting and for your calming presence. Learning how to manage my anxiety has been such a huge challenge. It’s nice to have this technique in my arsenal.

    I just found tapping for my sometimes crippling anxiety and paired depression. I also have such a terrible relationship with my body and food--I'm a binge and purge kind of person...I will starve myself for days to weeks, and then become so hungry that I start eating so much which then because of guilt and I'm sure my bodies natural response is to throw up. So I'm constantly going up and down in weight and just miserable. This has made my body vibrate differently. Its been 30 minutes, Ive done 2 sets? I was sobbing through the last set, but it was a good cry. But I am breathing better, I'm not fluctuating between hot and cold....I have hope that this will help me. And maybe xanax wont have to be my lifeline. Thank you for this.

    Jessica, I love the book. I've been reading it, and going back to my favorite tappings every day. I've signed up for the class beginning on September 29th, 2014 and I have been telling all my friends about it. I downloaded your morning and evening tapping sessions and I am astounded by how amazing I feel all the time. I feel a great "weight" has already been lifted from me. Over the years I've gained and lost hundreds of pounds and I really feel that you've found the solution...that I've found the solution once and for all. I'm really looking forward to the class!

    I did this just to see if it would bring anything up, because I don't really feel diet pressure or a connection to the subject much.... I recall how tapping can affect you positively from seemingly totally unrelated issues.... I have to say "WOW!" This was really cool. As soon as Jessica went into the "being perfect", I found my trigger and felt significant releases... I wasn't focused on food at all for this tapping. I got triggers from perfectionism in -lol- "seemingly unrelated areas of life" of perfectionism.... Heee.... really cool to have that come up and have a nice release of some of that pattern.

    I have been tapping on being whole and complete. I feel like so many of our problems stem from a feeling of incompleteness. I know your book will help people make peace with food and ultimately themselves. Oh, by the way, your public is demanding more videos.

    I have Trichotillomania, which means that I pull my own hair out. I have been more open about this than I ever used to be because I am committed to helping myself. For me, the root of my problem is anxiety.
    I found out about tapping by writing an article about acupressure for a health and wellbeing website, but it intrigued me so I did some more research for myself. There are other EFT videos out there, but I love this one. I keep sharing it over and over again. I share it every time someone new with Trichotillomania comes into our online support group asking for help.
    Jessica has a calm confidence and I like the phrases that she uses. EFT has opened emotional pathways in my body that I had slammed the door shut on years ago. Learning about the blockages, learning to cope with the painful emotions, learning to release the anxiety and learning to focus on love and self-acceptance has been so valuable to me.
    I am now exploring positive EFT. Jessica, would it be too much to ask for you to do a video with reframing EFT and positive EFT? Please?

      Teresa Profiri read the book The Emotion Code. It explains how to find the memory attached to an emotional behavior or physical pain. And how to release it!

    Hi Jessica. 😊 I wanted to know, if there is a video that explains, how the words, that go along with the tapping, is built up? I would like to know for 2 reasons: First of all - I am Danish and speak English quite well. However, the words have even more power, when they are spoken in my own language. Secondly; if I know which elements to include, I can tap on anything! But is it then 1: Describing the problem, 2: Putting words to the emotions, that it brings and then 3: Acceptance, love, letting go and breaking it down? Or how would you describe it?
    Many thanks for opening my eyes to tapping. ❤ Warmest thoughts and greetings from Denmark, Scandinavia 🤗
