Yes i had anxiety during menopause also.. its terrible!! Supplements for adrenal gland fatigue might help, the raw glandular type works best. Stress burns out your adrenal glands causing anxiety
I started hormone replacement when I was 54 and I highly recommend it. When I first started peri menopause and and into menopause I wasn’t having any symptoms but I slowly realized that by ability to handle simple stressors was slowly decreasing to the point where anxiety and fatigue became a huge problem. A month after I started hormone replacement everything went away and I was back to normal

Thank you for this tapping meditation! I have suffered from subconscious anxiety for two weeks - resulting from a panic attack. The meditation doesn't completely take the symptoms away, but it allows me take a back a little more control of my situation. Thank you! Wow I never heard of this until I was searching for a way to work through panic from nausea. It had been going on all day and I did this late at night where the anxiety was so bad it felt like my heart was going to burst. By the end, I was so relaxed and calm I fell right to sleep. Amazing!!!

Thank you for this. 4 hours ago my body and mind were experiencing high stress and resurfacing of passive SI during some conflict with a family member (i chose to speak up about a need for more quality time, and it was met with hurtful defensiveness). After a good long debrief talk with another supportive family member, I could still "feel" the cortisol in my body that needed to be addressed, as it is past midnight and I know I wouldn't be able to sleep. I took some melatonin, followed a muscle relaxation progression video, and decided to follow this guided eft video. I went from a 6 to a 4. With deep gratitude, again, thank you for this video 🙏🏽

Following this video makes me calm down everytime! I don't understand how it works, but it does. At the end I almost feel like I have taken a valium? Wish I would have tried this earlier, it really helps me deal with my anxiety and panic attacks ❤
Been under allot of stress lately. Fighting with family etc. I did three rounds of this and holy shit. Noticed a huge difference. My head was tensed etc and felt more relaxed than all the other tapping videos I've came around to. I hope you got one on anger and social anxiety and shyness. Dealing with toxic people etc. Im gonna be sleeping well tonight. :) Trying to find relief before I go to my doctor so I can get on anti anxiety medication. And meds for my moods so I can work. :(
This is the first meditation I’ve ever found helpful. Tapping is brilliant - the whole sitting in a quiet room thing and staying still to nothing but birds chirping is not for me lol. I have ocd and my mind is too loud so that is a big nightmare for me. I’m also super fidgety and the tapping helped my body feel more at ease. Awesome instructor as well I love your voice lol.
You need to start with dynamic meditations. Check out Osho and the psychology behind. For modern mans mind is different than of the human from past. It is insanely stimulated. Good luck ;)

Just started tapping and really enjoyed this video. Thank you so much. I love how tapping is more active than typical meditation and still calms me down. I really enjoy the phrases and statements used during tapping and find they really help.
I have been a member of the tapping solution for almost a year and have truly enjoyed it. It has helped me immensely when nothing else I tried for over 5 years would. One thing....Nick, you many times say the words too fast. I realize you only have a certain amount of time, but it will not benefit if people are rushing to get thru it and keep up with you. I found this particular one, very difficult to do and will go back to my app. I do think that you need to try and slow down for those who are not yet accustomed to tapping. Blessings.
I have a pretty stressful job, a lot of pressure. I’ve been tapping for a few sessions now and it has made a noticeable difference. This is probably one of the better solutions in calming my stress vs the many I’ve tried. I look forward to these sessions, I feel good again.
That was lovely and effective. I tapped off and on for a few years but never consistently or very thoroughly. Now I see I need to keep going. I could hear your intro perfectly on this android phone, but when instructions began, I had to go find an external speaker, hook it up, and plug it into the phone. I am guessing that you do a computer sound check, which seems fine but maybe don't realize that the instruction part drops way down in volume for some of us. It may be too late to correct, but felt to mention it for future events videos. Thanks for making this one.❤
Thank you so so much for this you just helped me work through a major panic attack. I have Panic Disorder. For years I'd end up in the ER thinking I am dying from a heart attack or something, but after finding Tapping and a few other tools I can now find my way back out of my panic attacks. Whenever I practice tapping consistently my anxiety is less and I experience less frequent panic attacks.

I love the app but was not even able to afford it when it was put down to the super low price of 40 some dollars. Thank you for sharing this. I need to develop the self discipline to use this daily. Literally years ago I used it successfully to clear nasal congestion so I could fly from Austin TX to my home on the East coast comfortably. Also to rid myself another time, within 5 minutes, from hemorrhoids that never returned. Both felt truly miraculous, yet I've not (yet) continued to use it for my emotional issues, of which I've struggled with for far longer. Feeling overwhelmed today I looked for this & went from a 9 to a 6/7. I'm promising myself to be consistent now. I'm putting reminders on my phone, my frig, my mirrors, & my front & back doors. Our area is dealing with the biggest tornado outbreak in history and I tried this tonight with my kids. My son said his anxiety and overwhelm started out as an 8. Then we followed through the video and he said it was at a 3. Then he started spilling his guts about everything that’s been bothering him for the past few years: death of grandma, relocation to new state… some big stuff. Anyway I listened to him talk for about an hour and then we breathed again and he said he felt it go down much lower and he was at a 1. I was skeptical but am impressed. Thank you.

Magnesium helps anxiety alot.. get the right kind.. there's 7 kinds. Magnesium also help depression

The more you practice this one, the easier it gets. You'll also start remembering the words without having to look at the screen. It's so worth it!

Our area is dealing with the biggest tornado outbreak in history and I tried this tonight with my kids. My son said his anxiety and overwhelm started out as an 8. Then we followed through the video and he said it was at a 3. Then he started spilling his guts about everything that’s been bothering him for the past few years: death of grandma, relocation to new state… some big stuff. Anyway I listened to him talk for about an hour and then we breathed again and he said he felt it go down much lower and he was at a 1. I was skeptical but am impressed. Thank you.
