Had hard brake pedal,then soft at times. Brake light would on and trans would up shift and down shift. Just disconnected abs.93 s-10 2.5 with 460le.no light for now, trans doing good. Will clean speed sensor connect, may have built-up of trans fluid.
Where do i buy a flaring tool also can i use the regular brake master cylinder my abs wires caught fire im just trying to get brakes without spending $600
I got the tool from oreillys but I broke a few of the dies so it's best to rent and return if your store allows that option. Stock master cylinder works fine
@@WrecklessGarage I got it it was some wires melted underneath dash from abs pigtails catching fire I didn't have any lights, had to rewire complete brake light switch and it had melted a few more wires Thanks for responding! Im gonna still delete the abs box because if I don't find another s10 my 5.3LS with twin turbos is going in this one

Just found your video. The problem with your hydro boost, was tge rod between the booster, and master, was too long. Been there, done that.
I even shortened it lol

@bradbryant2535 controls the old engine It's been awhile so I can't exactly remember 100% i found a pinout of the old one before I removed it.

How did your exhaust work out on the driver side underneath? Mine looks like it’ll need a 180 bend to miss the control arm.
It worked out decent but it was tight a good exhaust shop shouldn't have a problem at all
