- It has now been two years since the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan. The Biden administration defends the move while Republicans say it was chaotic and a failure. Texas Republican Rep. Michael McCaul, House Foreign Affairs Committee chairman, joins "America Decides" to give an update on the investigation into what happened leading up to the deadly bombing that killed 13 U.S. service members.

Marines don't leave equipment on the battlefield, politicians do.
It was sold to China. Paid through Jim and Hunter.
The” Afghanistan Papers”. 20 years of public lies / 20 years of private truths
Try reading the timeline Wikipedia or another good source instead of these news videos that tell a sliver of information.
He who looks out small window sees very little.
I made that up
Another major F-up.
“Righteous Strike” Milley….The retaliatory Drone Strike which killed 10 civilians, including 7 children.
Western countries got cheaper oil for a long period of time. It wasn't a complete f up. We couldn't turn them into a puppet State? But over all... It was mission accomplished. If you looked at it from a Western Empire view. And we take out Major strongholds (high ranking enemies) American presidents been wanting to destroy. But it sucks for the people who live there. God have mercy on them
Should hear the other half of the story to this withdrawal. Trust me
I pray for the people of Afghanistan.
God be with them
I understand the reason why the US had pull out of the country but the process could've been more smoother if things were planned right not an immediate withdrawl
That deadline had conditions. Taliban did not uphold their end. We pulled NATO and the world in on our unfounded war and we made promises to Afghanies, and we lured our youngsters over there on premise we were helping them. Many died.
The US should have pulled out when Obama was president.
Bin Laden was killed in 2011, ending our stated mission in Afghanistan.
Yep, right after old Bin got killed.
I’m glad the American people only know 1/8th of what actually during that withdrawal. Reason media wasn’t allowed in.
if you wanta know how part of this went down watch the Shawn Ryan show just aired 3 days ago you'll catch it at around 3 hour 14 minutes in the video. with chad robichaux as the guest.
We already know the answer. The war was legally over. So the troopers didn't have a legal right to shoot the bombers. Because if they did; they may have been charged with a war crime. Everyone was too worried to give the go ahead to take the shot. Because they may have been charged too. They can engage with their enemies only when they attack first. But their enemies was already dead because they blow themselves up.
dang, I hadn't heard this. That's crazy. There needs to be a temporary condition between "war" and "peace" in such situations, I guess.
@@AngusAngus you're 100% right about that. Man, I feel so bad for all those people who was hurt. And their family members
If you only knew the full story. Trust me plenty of shots were fired throughout those two weeks. And rockets.
@@JoeDon-zw7be Only the people who was there know the whole story. That could be said about every event & everybody's life. We get only want others tell us. That could be said about history books too. Because we wasn't alive or there as well. It is what it is 🤷🏾 either way, it's not going to change my life. God be with those who died & are still getting hurt. Some of our allies are still getting hurt (sexual slaves human trafficked) over there
Lucky for you I was. Same with the 200+ photos and videos taken from a busted old iPod strapped to my plate carrier. Been living with this nightmare for 2 years. Finally have enough in me to start poking back
USA left Afghanistan in terrible shape to do the same in Ukraine... what a coincidence? NOT
Afghanis have brain they should choose china over US then invest more and afghanis should open reserves to china . thus afghan would get better
Trump-Ramaswamy 2024 🇺🇸 ❤
could have should have would have time to move on
Tell that to the families of the marines that Biden killed and then, yelled at when they correctly told him to stop lying about his dead son's service. 10 bucks says you wouldn't survive.
Afghanistan have an able bodied government, time to get their act together.
King reza pahlavi ✌️ 👑
So we're trying to pull another Russia-Ukraine off in the Middle East but we couldn't finish that job. More will die.
Shame. Remember bidens failures.
I ask what do you think would of happened if we stayed.
I know the answer and it's even worse than this.
If we did engaged with the enemy a lot more American soldiers would of died
We were out numbered.
The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan abandoned their people and ran away. Nobody knew that would happen
More dead Americans & years of more war in that region. At the end of the day.. the house owner have to protect their homes. Too bad must of their army didn't want to fight their enemies.
LET'S GO BRANDON!
Remembered when Trump was screaming lock her up ... Karma is something isn't it
