In my opinion: if you want to have a Cartier timepiece, that holds it value; go for a model that has been made in small numbers. For example a Tank Cintree which are all made in precious metals or watches from the Cartier CPCP era. Think about how often you want to wear that watch. If you wear it often, sooner or later you will get scratches which decrease the value. In general: buy what you like and enjoy wearing it. After all: enjoying it is the best return on buying something.
aside from some of my special tanks that are worth almost 3 times the orginal sticker price. you buy cartir because you like them. not as an investment
the Panthere from the '80s went into production again in '21 despite being a battery version and still in high demand. the Panthere and also the Santos will continue to increase in value
@@samjeon3503 the battery version is basically maintenance-free. or requires little maintenance. the automatic movements that the Santos, for example, require periodic maintenance. because automatic movements have more separate parts.
What is the. worth of Cartier Panther 187957 29 x 40 mm? i think its a big Question of this watch will increase in price, since new omegas costs way more..
I buy a santos steel automatic in year 2000,the watche cost me 2600$ new,i have unfortunatly to sell it 5 years after and sell it only 1600$ because it was an urgency and dont have other choice, but now i am looking for buy an other santos, the same modrl is dificult to find and cost today 4400$ at less, just stupidly insane ,they ask the double of the price i buy it new....but its not the same for other model, all pasha are very afordable in secondary market,,there is a lot of pasha around 2200 or 2500$ ,normal or gmt...its a very underated model.
Part of my inheritance was a cartier limited edition enamel dial dragon motif model 2601, with original box and cert, number 14 of 20. Was wondering if this watch would increase in value? Anyone knows,?
Wild, hard to say it’ll increase in value as it’s hard to even place a value. If you’re financially comfortable I’d say hold on to it. As for value? Insure it for 50k sale for 15-35
Is a Ronde Must De Cartier Watch, 40mm, Mechanical Movement With Automatic Winding, Steel WSRN0032 good purchased? Cuz I see a lot of people have tank or the blue Cartier.
Bad for you but good for investors, and nobody complains. LVMH is legendary and permanent. LVMH certainly has smaller houses in it that I don’t agree or purchase from but the main companies will always be at the top.

@@Dranreb865 and yet I stand on exactly what I said. LVMH will always be superior no matter what the opinion of others say. The investors keep the value high and the customers will always buy. CARTIER SANTOS GALBÉE ❤❤❤
You can get a tank solo for 50 percent off retail quartz tanks do not hold value you are just an advertisement for the brand
Incorrect. My '90s Cartier Must Vermeil with a trinity square in the middle has increased in price on the secondary market since I've purchased it.

Zirconium only. Lower quality than a lab diamond but slightly higher than a Walmart vanity jewelry

Is cartier part of lvmh? If yes, then ill stay away. Lvmh brands are known to be overpriced while quality drops over the years.
