Bought a Santos Galbee, the 29mm width shocked me when it arrived by how small it looked. After wearing it a couple weeks it became my favorite watch. The lug to lug is 40mm and wears bigger than the width. I like that it’s not the usual watches you see around and it is truly a beautiful watch.
I bought a watch from MAMACOO lightly used for my last milestone birthday. Don't wear it as much as it deserves, but not afraid to, either. It's stunning . Good taste, Sir.
😂😂😂 the quartz of cartier is from audemars piguet royal oak 33 mm end 35 mm end is Manufacture from piaget nobody know that when you by quartz from cartier you by ap 🤪😜😛😍🥰 is the best quartz în my opinion
I thought I’d buy a Santos as a first watch. But after trying on the white ballon bleu 42 it won out. The dial is a showstopper and it’s insanely versatile, especially on a black croc strap. Whereas the Santos emphasizes the case shape over dial details. Plus it’s a scratch magnet. So maybe as a second or third watch? Santos is definitely on the list. No regrets with the BB.
I am planning to buy my first watch in the near future and my choice is between two models: Cartier Santos and Rolex Submariner 126610LN. And I do not know what to choose. As a novice collector, what would you recommend?
I've owned the santos and it's easily the most beautiful watch I've ever owned (currently have a dj36 in my collection and honestly it doesn't hold a candle to the santos aesthetics-wise) BUT it is quite a formal watch to me which reduced wrist time and i couldn't get the perfect fit so had to sell it. For a first watch I'd go sub purely due to the fact that it's a watch for life, you just can't go wrong with it. Then down the line add a santos.
@@monsieurdale9310 Thank you for such a detailed answer. It matters a lot to me how comfortable the watch is in daily wear. But I think the Submariner is still a less versatile watch. Maybe as another alternative I should consider Yacht-Master
@@КириллКурганов-ч6ф ye tbh the main question is whether you plan on having a collection or you are just wanting one watch. If you are going to have a collection then you'll end up having both at some point so it's just whatever one you want the most rn. You'll need to factor in rolex availability as well, if you go for the cartier i'd make sure to buy it from a rolex AD to help purchase history.
Only just bought my first Cartier last week.
Green dial santos de Cartier
Absolutely love it
Keep up the great content
Ooo you got the best one I think, I would've gone green 😂

I actually prefer the Dolce Vita having now handled them both! Something like the Santos though is irreplaceable to me.

The ballon bleu is definitely an underrated watch. It’s absolutely stunning when you see it IRL
I am considering a Santos ADLC. Not sure if I should wait a bit and perhaps there will be a sale somewhere.

That's tough, if you can get the sub retail then get the sub dude.
However if you're paying resale peic3a for the sub just get the santos 👍

Is grand seiko worth it? Ive been eyeing the diver because i got a gorilla wrist 😂
Yes it is 🎉
Your valuation there is a bit high for these watches. I own one so there’s no bias here, I wish it was true but you kinda floofed it
How much is it?
When is not în production the value hit maximal , ex the cartier santos whit grey dial vintage slater hit 20 k the 29 mm whit the eta calibre 😂😂😂
