Well said Doctor. I started my intermittent fasting for 8 hours in June 2019. On July 2019 onwards, I go for 12 hours fasting and I retain it until November 2019. Beside intermittent fasting, I also started to run 1 KM in July 2019 and 2 KM on the subsequent month. Now, I am running 3.5 KM to 4 KM; 4 days a week. I also stop to take Sugar and largely reduce Carbohydrates foods from June 2019 onwards. For information, my height is just 170 CM. In June 2019, my weight was 86.6 KG and my waistline 36. Now my weight is 72 KG and my waistline 33. Now I’m going back to normal dietary. But I still skip breakfast. ( You may get an additional info on the benefits for skipping breakfast - many scholar articles on this). Lesson learn ; we can eat whatever we want but we shall do it moderate and we shall exercise regularly, running or walking is a good exercise to burn our excessive fat. But please don't do it rigorously, consistency is more important, the results may see it within 3 weeks. Good luck.

Normally I will have after lunch then no food In between... i will have only BF next day. Also I do maintain low carbs and high protein diet with lots of good fat from nuts and fiber from vegetables.

Food habits are linked to geography and is one thing our ancestors have perfected and passed on to us. (even before modern Science came) It is therefore best to follow our traditional diets and compensate for our motorized travel by regular walks and stretching exercises. And, most importantly, the mind must be relaxed through meditation. Technology is inevitable, but *we* should use it and *not* the other way around.
