    Meredith I enjoy your workouts. Thank you for your well thought through routines ... and timely reminders on our form ☺️. I have a request. I love resistance band training and like your focus on having separate routines for the upper and lower body. However could you do the same again but this time at the intermediate level ... and standing?

    How long was your gray resistant band? so I can buy the same size. I have a 3 feet and 8.5 inches long. Thank you so much get your camera person not to be shy and show wheres about level of the resistant band should be when band has to be located behind the back. I bookmarked your website already.

      Hi Nora! Thank you for the comment! My band is about the length you have. I buy in bulk rolls and cut to size, generally around 4feet. I will make sure to show band placement when behind my back, thank you for the suggestion and support! Take care, Meredith
