    This is another amazing sequence of moves, and I really felt it! The last part with the band overhead along with the twist is the one I have to work on, and I will. You are so creative with the bands, VannessaB!

    Thank you so much for this workout. I have severe scoliosis of the spine and this helped Focus my attention on correcting my posture.Plus I love anything using the resistance bands thanks again

      Samantha, these are great exercises. Vanessa is super at addressing specific needs. I too have severe thoracic and lumbar scoliosis along with osteoporosis. You may want to try yoga for scoliosis. Specifically Christine Jaureguiberry; she has a ton of content on TH-cam.

    This was great I have never incorporated bands that way .
    Omitted the twist in the final stretch ,but that was no problem
    Definitely adding this to my favourites.

    Hi I love the resistance band. but can you demonstrate posture exercises without pressure on the knees or the need to get on the floor? or maybe your audience is on the young er side?

      Hi Alicia you could this one up to 5 days per week on its own, or say 3 days per week if combining with other upper body band routines to keep up variety for your muscles 🤗 let me know if you need any other help ok!

    Thanks again Vanessa. Question please: How often should I do these exercises daily. I’m desperate for strengthening my thoracic as my right hump is becoming more obvious. 💗

      Hi Diana, you could do this everyday, but I'd say not more than once a day to ensure you do not overdo the same muscles. Instead, combine with another upper body one or another from a different Playlist on here for variety of movements ok👌🤗

      🤣🤣 oh no Dan! Yes perhaps you have graduated haha. Try putting powder on them for maintenance. And ensure they are not too tight when you start the exercises ok 😉💪

You can do most standing and tuck band under feet 😊🙌 Also check out the other routines on the Resistance Band Playlist- there is a good Standing Glute Workout plus some seated routines and other standing ones to avoid kneeling ✔️ Let me know if you need more help ok 😊
