    You're so fortunate to have all of that hammer-specific equipment, like the throwing room at the end of the video. I wish i had all of that :((

    Like all but the bar twist standing or worst sitting . had back injuries doing those seated the worst. EVERY THING GO TO THE HIP BACK JOINT my othopod went nut when i show that to him !!!!

    How heavy is the medicine ball in the hammer release drill? I did them with 10 and 12 lb balls this winter, but found my wrists got sore. Can I reduce weight next winter and not lose much?

    I'm a freshman at Vincennes University throwing Weight, Shot, and Hammer. I threw with pinch nerves we think in both of my shoulders all indoor (no pain no game baby) and threw 9.05 in weight and 8.14 in shot...didn't throw shot in practice cause of my shoulder. Thrown outside only 3 times since October and throwing around 100-115 with no lift but feel like I can get a little better. Only done track for a year and lifting for a year seriously. 265 bench, 195 clean, 345 squat in august 2012. Help

    dont you do those plate twists to far :/ might hurt your back (I do them to, but walking at the same time)
