I just watched The Substance and it really blew my mind, Demi still looks stunning at her 60's and regarding Margaret Qualley, the more I see her in movies, I'm a fan of hers. So, thank you for casting them both for this movie.

Her saying “meeting him where he’s at” in regards to Bruce’s dementia is very simple but beautiful. Having someone in your family living out the last of their life with dementia can be incredibly painful.

I really wish that women would speak about the cosmetic work they have done in a positive light. Botox injections are not taboo anymore. What I don't like is women at any level of society, speaking with "pride" about their age and not reflect on their cosmetic repair. It is SO obvious. And it's OK. This is what "making the best of what is". Just be honest. Encourage the rest of us out who want a bit of help, too. We should not be ashamed of it either.

Just using your regular moisturizer creams at the store. Whatever cosmetic procedures people want to have done or don’t is not anyone’s business. I don’t like it when we see older women looking well and we have to say “ Oh she has had a lot of work done” The way we are looking as we get older is different today than our parents and grandparents. I'm a child of the 80's and 90's and Demi Moore's movies dominated my childhood. "Ghost", "A Few Good Men", "Indecent Proposal", "Disclosure" are my personal favorite films of hers and "Striptease" and "G.I. Jane" were two of the most ambitious films she's made and have become influential in what women can do onscreen. She and Sharon Stone deserve to have the same longevity that Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt have, still working and taking on big projects.
Totally agree...but on a more pretentious note, I'd seriously like to know who is her plastic surgeon & dermatologist. She just looks soooo good, & we all *know* this is not the way someone her age looks naturally. I'm not trying to tear her down by any means, but seriously...her plastic surgeon/dermatologist..they absolutely are the *best* bcz you can usually look @ these celebrities & tell what was done & all I see with Demi is just perfection!!!

There are many people that haven't had any work done & they look nothing like they did when they were young. Do not even look like any semblance of the same person. But...Demi, to me does resemble her "younger self." No..she doesn't look exactly like her younger self...there are obvious changes with what she's had done. That's just my opinion. Her jawline looks very different & her lips definitely look different. There've been definite changes to her face, for sure.

As the baby brother born to not only a set of extremely attractive parents but two gorgeous, intelligent and phenomenal older sisters, it put a lot of pressure on me as kid growing up to not only be/remain as attractive but as the younger sibling, I had to carry the torch forward. Beauty is ABSOLUTE power and has won not just my family but me a lot of AMAZING opportunities in the education and business world, but in everyday life itself. Its addictive, its maintenance, but it's truly a blessing I'm deeply grateful for. Normal & healthy self care, self love, self respect and self improvement is not a selfish act nor a representation of being self centered, it is absolutely essential and letting your gift of beauty fade like a bad sunset is an insult to the very gift you have been blessed with!... 💯💯💯

I might not know her personally but she is wonderful. The substance ws so good I had to watch it again next showtime. I felt so upset for her during the red dress scene, if she had one good friend looking out for her she would have calmed her down given her a hug and tell her you are perfect and the guy should feel so lucky, the first time she was ready she should have just gone off.

She looks great. I think she is prettier now than ever. Truly never thought she was as gorgeous as everyone said in the 8os/90s . But we all know she got crazy skinny around the time she met Ashton, and she is sitting here talking about body image pretending like she isn't the thinnest she has ever been.
Demi wrote one of the best books I ever read. I wish she didn’t give a crap about the press so much. They don’t hold any weight anymore..I appreciate celebrities that bear their souls and show us their lives aren’t easy either, thank you Demi
I've never been her biggest fan (I love Striptease & A Few Good Men & a few of her pre-2000's films) but The Substance may be my most anticipated film, especially her and the second wife from mad men's performances. I really hope it lives up to the hype and she gets critical acclaim in many ways she never had. I also LOVE what she said about Bruce Willis and his condition. That mentality is the ideal and most caring and healthiest. You could.always tell they always loved each other, even if they weren't in love/married.
I got to see a double feature at Marcus Ronnie's 20 at St. Louis KSTL. With movies like Days Of Thunder, and Ghost way back on the year 1990 when I was only 6 years old. I tell you Demi Moore still has got the goods.
During the 90s I thought that demo moore was too overexposed and avoided her mov I especially. I saw substance the other night and was blown away by the movie and she did a really good job with her character
