Fantastic update! It's great to see the progress on the Morant Bay Urban Town Center. With FCJ acquiring an additional 10 acres due to high demand, it's clear that this development is poised to become a key economic hub.

They need to bring a bowling alley and arcade and movie theater over there.
Why? That not necessary, St. Thomas population is too sparsely distributed for that to be a success.

I hope there will be a Proper waste management / disposal system over by Urban Center… as this will be extremely important. If they have to hire a company to be in charge of this, then so be it!

The road will split and operate as a dual carriage way, not two going over the urban center and two going straight. If u look on the section currently being used u can see the right turn lane on the west bound side (if you can imagine it being a dual carriage way).
