Guys, your FACE is the most important. Evrything else are not or almost not important. U can be fat, with short legse, without a hair, if u have a nice face, u are HANDSOME man. SIMPLE.
I realy do not know why, but 99% of womans will not admit that to you. They will say: your hair is beautiful, your hands are rough and sexy, you are handsome in that jacket.
But, what they realy thinks: YOUR FACE IS BEAUTIFUL. I realy do not know why, but almost every woman behaves and talks on that way.

Women still expect you to approach. And even if they didn't, telling guys not to ask women out isn't great advice. No offense but I'm starting to think this "cHaSe ExCeLlEnCe nOt WoMeN" manosphere line is just giving men an excuse to avoid taking risks or becoming vulnerable, by convincing them you can just focus on yourself and women will fall into your lap. But that's not how it works at all.

One of the things that helped me win my wife of 15 years over was a piece of advice her girlfriends gave her when we first started dating. They told her to carefully watch how I treated my mother because that's how I would treat her. What they didn't know was that Mom was getting divorced from her husband (My dad died several years earlier so he was not my father) and forced to sell their house. I bought it from them, told Mom to not move a thing and told her soon-to-be ex to please vacate my house. When she explained that to her friends they said, "Marry him!".

First of all, W who take advice from other W are dangerous and have no innate personality of their own, and the girls who base you off how you treat your mother, use that as a gauge of how well you can be manipulated. I had to go out into the crowd to treat a patient who had fainted. I brought them back to the med tent and eventually called for a second ambulance to transport them to the hospital as I had to stay on site. This was good, solid, constructive advice for all of us and it really made me think about my life and ways I can improve. I think many men get the "being a good driver" part wrong. They see for example in movies a dude that drives super fast, and others in the movie are amazed by it. The point isn't that he's driving fast, it is that he is driving fast not because he wants to show off but because he _has_ to (often because they are being chased by bad guys in the movie). He is actually a very skilled driver, remains in control, and does his best to keep everyone safe in spite of the adverse situation. And *that* is what is attractive.

As a fellow glasses wearer, something important that I think she left out is your FRAMES. Something that simple can make the difference between sexy and dorky. Make sure that your glasses frames compliment your face shape well. Get the opinions of some trusted friends, particularly women, and find out if your glasses match your face. And if they don't, swap them out for a pair that do. It took me a few tries to find what works for me, but now that I have, I get the same style every time I update my prescription because I know what makes me feel confident and hot. I promise you'll start feeling good in your glasses in no time, best of luck!

Important things as well: 1:51 (being a good driver), 2:16 (funny, and agree with you totally Courtney 😂😂😂👏👏👏), 2:23 (reversing the car), 2:57 (watching you fix something), 3:26 (great with kids or a dog dad), 4:10 (saving money), 5:17 (totally agree with that difference as well. That's a total respect as well), 5:30 (your hands), 6:49 (grey hair), 7:11 (mentally mostly, I agree that), 7:20 (roll up your sleeves), 7:41 (your smell), 8:24 (agree with the smell of either onion, or garlic as well 😂😂😂👏👏👏), 9:31 (wearing glasses), 10:00 (showing your talent or skills), 10:47 (agree with confidence as well).
The most important things are deeds, and not the words. The deeds is what do everybody sees as well. The grey hair cannot be just showing who is mentally mature. The mature mentality can be seen by behavior as well. Everybody wants a person that is also a mature, and that can also be relaxed as well (of course not literally to be relaxed, but to have a balance between two mentioned things as well). Relaxed men have self-confidence, and they are gentlemen as well (believe it or not)
As for me I'm doing model kits, and believe it or not I have even met some women that find doing model kits interesting as well. Also some of them are collecting toy cars as well (believe it or not). I also play guitar as well. And even some of the girls even asked me what is that model kit airplane, and I have explained it etc. I'm a future civil engineer (I hope as well).
Forgot to mention that my channel is dedicated to hobby modeling. If you are interested, you can check my channel as well.

I'm a 56 year old guy, happily married, and started watching your channel a couple of years ago to improve my fashion style a bit....but then kept watching cause of all the great and interesting videos you make. Any way, just wanted to say I thought of you at the airport the other day. I was in the TSA line (in my Courtney approved outfit) and saw a nice looking lady (don't forget, happily married...but not dead) who was way back in the line. Before I knew it, she was standing right behind me. Anyway, I said hello and made a little joke about the joys of travel (sarcastically). She laughed and then right away.....her eyes went straight to my new leather dress shoes. I started cracking up because it reminded me of something you said in a video about a year ago. So just wanted to share that you were right. I almost wanted to say to her...."Hey, my eyes are up here"...but then refrained. Anyway, keep up the great work. Love your videos and just the way you keep things real. Have a great day !!

Courtney, thank you for another interesting, informative, respectful and kind video. I notice that one of the media articles you quoted had a small error. Forgive me if I'm stating something that you and your audience already know. Oxytocin is not a pheromone but a hormone. Pheromones are chemicals used to communicate between two different individuals, whereas hormones are chemicals used to communicate between distant cells within the same organism. Oxytocin is released from a part of the brain called the posterior pituitary. It can also be administered as a medication. In medicine, we are interested in oxytocin for its contractile effect on the uterus (causing labour, childbirth, and cessation of bleeding after delivery), for its effect on mammary glands (causing release of milk in response to stimulation during breast feeding), for its effect on emotional bonding between mom and baby and for causing water retention and hypertension (these last two are unwanted effects). I have heard of it being used to spike women's drinks, to make the women feel more loving, thus altering their judgement. I'm sure it's illegal and I can imagine what you and your audience would think about that.

The glasses one was something that I both appreciated and chuckled at, because when I had glasses as a kid (ages 4-13), girls HATED my glasses. Then, almost overnight, the whole “geek chic” thing took off once I was in high school and glasses were suddenly sexy. I’m 34 now and I know I’ll need glasses again in the near future. Hopefully it’ll work out better for me the second time around. 🤷🏻‍♂️
As far as anything I do that attracts women, I’m kinda drawing a blank. I’m a nerd working towards a Ph.D, so that doesn’t exactly scream “sex appeal.” 😂😅

This was super helpful thank you! I’m that introverted shy guy. I’m not a bad looking guy physically, but I know the talk behind my back gets me the label of “asshole” just based on looks, sorry all, just not really socially skilled, at all, even a little bit. What really doesn’t help my case out, im really dumb. With that being said, channels like this honestly do help, literally just Learned all this for the first time. A lot of that stuff, people collectively all do, and know how to respond. Me, those subtle hints you where explaining that woman do, well I’m in my 30’s and I never knew woman did that. And if iv ever noticed which is rare my thought has always been “woman love to talk to everyone, and if one is attracted to me, I can’t wait until she comes and talks to me” and then she doesn’t. I know woman are afraid of everything at first. You ladies even talked in this one how your friend had to walk up to people and do interviews and it was like a man waking up to a woman he’s interested in, it’s terrible! and I agree. It’s nerve wracking and uncomfortable. Especially if they are thinking you’re “just some asshole” it would be really confusing getting messed with by a woman you’ve just met.

This is standard back up procedure in virtually every state. Men or women, Cameras, or not, mirrors or not, When you test for a license this is what the manuals say and motor vehicle inspectors look for. The right arm gives you the leverage to be able to turn fully around to lookout the rear window. I was recently at a family event that was catered. A young lady and her brother were manning a taco bar and doing a wonderful job at it. Very professional, well run and efficient. Great food too, but the ingredients were produced off site at the Family's restaurant. In the end, while taking down the bar, I happened to have the opportunity to speak to the young lady. Now I am 67 and happily married and I was not at all meaning to flirt with the young woman. I introduced myself, and mentioned that I wanted to compliment "them" on such a skillful and professional presentation.
This was a very striking young lady and since I was from out of town, I assumed that she was maybe a friend or relative to someone in attendance. The answer was no, that she was not. I asked what town she was from, and I knew that town, so I started to pinpoint her origin and life a little bit. I assumed that she was in her mid 20's or so, but was very much taken that she gave me her complete and undivided attention. (Something that I find very attractive!) Come to find out that she was going to be off to a 4 year college, as soon as her Jr college graduation in the spring. (Another attractive thing to a man!) Calculating in my mind, I now put her into her very early 20's. But the surprises kept coming! I next asked if she had graduated highschool locally, and was again startled to hear that she was going graduate this spring from both highschool AND from community college at the same time! That she had been in a program called running start and was about get two diplomas at the same time. So, I said to her that she must like 18 or 19? The answer was again no. That she was turning 17 soon! Again I was shocked! She was so put together (a big attraction to me) and was till giving her undivided attention! And much so, that I started to feel self-conscious! She had so readily told me some details about her life that, if I was at all "on the hunt" I felt like I could have asked for more and gotten it from her. Not in a sexual context, but in a friendship/relationship context. I am always attracted by youth, and potential, and by confidence, and I always try to promote and encourage those qualities. Someone who has it, has a great gift and needs to be encouraged!
It was very refreshing, as I don't often run across someone so young, so well put together.

Driving in big cities is frankly a chore for many people anyway let alone the assumption of the man paying for any parking or valet. It takes many dates, in what I call the 90 day rule, to even remotely know who one is dating let alone to be "all about you" as motivation can change 180 degrees in a heartbeat. I remember hearing a lady tell me once "Men don't make passes at girls with glasses." I felt the opposite. Women with glasses were instantly more attractive. What's more, it was an instinctual attraction with no conscious cognition. What I believe could be going on here is that I associate glasses with intelligence (even though I consciously understand that the two are not really related). I"m attracted to intelligence, so glasses are hot.

Honestly, I've never had even the slightest idea of what women actually find attractive about me, and that's not purely my crushingly low self-esteem talking. I sort of understand what men find attractive about me; I'm available, and for a lot of men that's the major box ticked, but I've never really been conscious of or thought to ask what women find in any way attractive about me. I assume there's something, as I've been in relationships, but what actually drew them to me in the first place remains an enigma. I think at least one ex. liked me because I'm tall and she found that in some way comforting or useful, which I can understand as I do indeed excel at reaching things on high shelves, but otherwise I simply don't recognise what's in it for them? It's not particularly relevant now as I'm no longer actively seeking a relationship, but your video does certainly make me wonder what was my U.S.P.? Please keep the great videos coming though, they're a needed and welcome island of reason in an increasingly toxic sea of division that seems to be drowning society in general and social media in particular.

Bro, a guy that is tall for women is the equivalent of a girl nice body for men. Women want someone who can make them (and their offspring, biologically speaking) feel safe. Men who are larger in stature are more imposing, and thus make her feel safe, provided she trusts you.

I am still waiting for my dog reel me in a winner. Hopefully this spring is more fruitful.
I did get my eyes examined the end of 2022 with the intent to get new glasses. I don't need them for daytime, but I have been wearing blue light blocking glasses practically every day at home. When I look at myself while I am in a meeting, I like the way I look in glasses more than without.
I recently finished a book written by an evolutionary psychologist. It was meant to be a handbook for how to actually attract women and why women are attracted to these things. Courtney's list here echoes a lot of the traits in the book. The book is titled "Mate" by Geoffrey Miller, if anyone is interested. I highly recommend it. I plan to listen to it again and take written notes.

It helps to remind me and reset/refresh my point of view from time to time. We can all get lazy and forget what's important -- I want to strive to keep my wife happy with me.

Alot of guys will step up next to me at a red light and indicating they want to pull, I enjoy pretending we are going to and when they launch I don't and just drive like an old person hahahah.

    Hi Courtney,
Thanks for the great content. I'd love to hear your advice on this. I don't know if this is where I'm supposed to ask these questions or on your other social media. Yesterday I was at the local grocery store right near my house and when I was at the checkout stand there was an attractive girl. I complemented her jacket and we started talking and I turns out we have some things in common. I'm trying to figure out what the next steps are in this situation since she's at work at a grocery store. Should I write a note and hand it to her? What do you think? Thank you for the advice

The contrast the hardware store thing: knowing when to ask for help instead of pretending to know what you're doing.
Someone pretending they can fix something when they can't can result in spending more money on further damages or doing quick fixes that just delay the problem and actually cause future problems.
This also includes mental and physical health issues that men ignore. Being open and knowing when to go to the hospital or therapy is valued by a woman as well.
