There is a reason for all the extra weaponry beyond just "more dakka" on the Igel. The equipment was intentionally configured to deal with Trowa getting completely surrounded, blasting missiles out in all directions simultaneously.

Thank you for going out of your way and putting on the IGEL armaments on HeavyArms Custom EW. You somehow gave it more articulation. It has more "Freedom" now.
I know some shops online just sell the Igel parts by themselves as runners to people who only have a regular Heavyarms kit. Kinda wish the double gattling guns from the Custom were also available individually, but still an awesome option to those who have a regular Heavyarms but don't wanna blow alot of money on a whole new kit just to add that extra bit of "firepower".

I might be no fan of excessive mobile suits, but something about Heavyarms opening all of its missile pods really excites me... maybe because Heavyarms isn't looked that excessive even with those Igel equipments around?
the choice to make the extra weapons green might have been because in color theory red and green compliment each other. in other words if you have something that is predominantly green then add some red accents it will make it all pop a little more. but it can turn out gaudy if over done. still think it was the wrong choice of green, should have been more vibrant to match the red/orange better.
If I were to get one and paint it, I'd probably color the Igel shoulder missiles and tank parts the same shade of grey as the waist and beam gatling unit, personally. Seems like it'd be more in harmony with the rest of the suit.
I just got the endless Walt's HG 1/100 kit and I am happy with it. I have the 1/144 original Heavy arms kit that I need to paint and build still, cause I like how it's true to the anime, even though this kit looks so much better, this kit just don't look true to the anime. My kits were cheaper and I am happy with them.
Wow. I actually like the MG Wing Gundam ver.Ka...nice repaint & retool of the MG Wing Gundam ZEROCustom. Only thing that annoys me about it is the transformation to Bird Mode, but the old ungraded 1/144s of Wing & Wing ZERO were every bit as annoying as this.
To summarize this Gundam I would just say holy moly that's a lot of guns and a lot more guns and more guns and even more guns just basically it's just guns
A lot of these unusual extras that come on the EW MGs were released a long time ago as Vinyl kits. I think they were shut down as they were not approved by Bandai, now Bandai is making them.
Color Scheme:.........Well sometimes being colorblind isn't all bad, but the model..........Me Want! Some scribing and painting can make this kit a contender

@@scarletrain6757 I haven't broke the shoulder spikes on mine, but it is a bit on the fragile side. Like some of the parts such as the amo belt for the huge gatling gun tends to fall apart really easy. Also unfortunately it's one of those mg's where they have swappable fingers for the hands. Personally I would of liked better if they had just given multiple separate hands on it like the do for hg gunpla, that or hands with all the fingers individually articulated.
