good morning, Thanks for this video. Have installed the DH537. Deadlock works, though the latch does not move. So have taped the latch to allow us to lock. I noticed in your video that the latch did not move. How do you know you can open the door if you close it? Anything I might have missed
Hi Mark. Samsung mortise has special mechanism. When you push handle down and touch the latch, you can see the latch will freely move in or turn to the other side. It's normal.
I installed the two locks on two new doors. The openings were made in the factory. The two locks work, including secret numbers and fingerprints. But the only problem I had was that the handle didn't move

@@mkbloooh Doesn't both inside and outside handles move? Did you install spindle correctly?
Just on this, I’ve recently had an issue where the handle moves but the spindle doesn’t retract the latch?
