Hi Andre! Unfortunately, we don't have an extension kit for locks within the deadbolt lock range.

@Tony Hays, the SHP-A30 surely fits your door. This door lock requires 35-55mm door thickness.

I purchased this lock and I am happy with the mechanical workings of the lock without the app. BUT the app is no good it is not responsive, and does not work all the time. The app constantly logs out and disconnects from the wifi. Took a long time to connect to wifi, I tries changing wifi but it won’t recognise it, keeps timing out. Thinking I might return this lock.

I have a problem with the auto lock. It will only automatically unlock after ten seconds rather than lock. Any ideas?

If the installation is done correctly, you can change locking direction in setting up

Howdy all. Great video! I helped a mate set one of these up and it was a breeze using your video. We got everything working but when trying to link the door lock account to google it kept saying “your account has been unregistered” despite the door lock app working fine. Have you come across this before?
