Also, my mom uses a travel size blow-dryer by Revlon (black & white) which is super light but I don't know if you can get the same 1875 Wattage out if it when blow-drying your hair.

are you sleeping with a satin bonnet or pillowcase? it REALLY helps with breakage and thinning. Also, if you are dry brushing your hair, try not doing that. Only brush in the shower with lots of conditioner. My hair used to be so tangly and knotty that the thought of NOT brushing it daily was terrifying. I promise you'll be ok if you follow these steps and your hair will most likely get noticeably thicker in just a few months. I wash/ brush my hair once a week and get the same size hairball I used to get DAILY when I dry brushed.

Her hair is good for this because the bleach in it makes it more moldable. This will very much depend on hair type, texture, and whether you are coordinated, are OK with the possibility that your arms might fall off.

Put big rollers (non velcro) on damp (not wet) hair and wait until dry, voila!
