It's sickening me to see people are saying "he was bullied throughout his life, if he wasn't bullied in life, maybe those people would still be alive" well that don't justify his action and what a 28 years old PHD did. He is 28 years old, PHD, again PHD student who studied CRIMINAL especially other serial killers like BTK and Ted Bundy throughout his entire adult or school years. Dude know what he was doing.
I am 28 years old as well, a refugee from Southeast Asia. I'm now living in the US. I came to US when I was 9, skinny, small, short with no English, no friends and no nothing. I was bullied everyday in school from 6th grade to 12th grade. If I were to go out do something bad, then it's the people who bullied me 15 years ago fault??
Dude is pure evil and safe to say he is a serial killer in the making, glad he is caught. He thought we are still in the 70s during Ted Bundy, BTK time

I don’t think that it was the bullies made him do
It. It’s 100 percent his fault. That being says the bullying didn’t help and to be honest it would probably of helped if someone helped him. Advocation for being anti bullying can only be postive

@@jamesfranklin9858 his obsession with other serial killers like Ted Bundy are what led him to this. He studied and knew everything about them and there is only 1 thing left to do which is to take action to try to be like them. You know what obsession could lead a person too sometimes.
He knew and chose what he wanted to study. He went to school and became a PDH student but couldn't get help himself? All of a sudden he finally got help and wore a suicide prevention vest when he got back to PA after murdering 4 innocent people? Like you said 100% on him.

That is a definite possibility. Or he thought I'll just leave. I mean all she can say is ''it was a white man, quite tall' and given that they would have expected it to be a white man, the only thing she could give them was that he was tall. (and the bushy eyebrows was a bonus) but I mean that could have been his thinking. He was probably tired.

My theory - He drove back to search for the knife sheath. Stop giving him so much credit. He didn't drive back (with his phone on) to watch the aftermath. This isn't a film. He panicked because of what he left behind and didn't even think about his phone being on while driving back. He was trying to figure out where he dropped the biggest piece of evidence. Unfortunately he left it where he started the killings. Next to Maddie's body (on the 3rd floor) the hardest level to get to inside of the home. He knew what he left behind and went to try to retrieve it before the scene was discovered but he didn't exit his vehicle because him searching inside everywhere would've been too risky, especially with the sun already in the sky and with him wearing all black? Not a good mixture. He didn't know there were survivors which is why Moscow PD claimed that both survivors "were sleeping through the murders" to throw him off and it worked. These former FBI agents are really into film director mode lol. And for the weirdos asking "why didn't anyone scream" it's hard to scream after someone stabs your respiratory system. You can't scream when blood is filling your lungs and throat after a stab or gunshot in those vital areas. So that's why no one "screamed" like in a horror film. Dylan not letting him know that she saw him was incredibly smart because she would be dead if she screamed and gave up her position. Her letting him leave didn't make a difference in the outcome anyway because he stabbed main arteries and a critical element to human life. The respiratory system. Him leaving the sheath at the scene is like me leaving my wallet at home or someone else's house. I speed away and not think about it, then get home and realize I might've left it where I just was recently. Then I don't think when I head back to get it because im in such of a rush 🤣 If he saw Dylan staring at him, he wouldn't have drove back with his cell phone on. So he did not see her looking at him when he walked out into the night. It was his very first time and he made an F at being a murderer because he left too many loose ends

    • @scorpion-lg4ic
      @scorpion-lg4ic ปีที่แล้ว +28

Well if that's the case, then why didn't he go back inside and get it if the cops weren't there yet and everything was quiet? And your theory that he was still dressed all in black at 9 a.m. doesn't make much sense either. The killing happened a little after 4 a.m. He was back driving by at a little after 9 a.m. Do you really think he would still be wearing the same BLOODY black clothes FIVE hours later and go back to the scene in the same BLOODY black clothes? Even if he didn't get out of the car that would be completely idiotic given the fact that he seems like a terrible driver and gets pulled over a lot. Just what would a cop do or him say if he gets pulled over for something like speeding and he is covered in blood??
Edit: for all of you responding that he didn't go inside because it was daylight...that still doesn't make sense. He left his apartment at WSU after the sun was already up so it's not like the sun came up early and surprised him. He didn't attempt to park..he just drove by. I think LE did a great job on this case and all of the retired cops, FBI, private investigators etc. know way more than any of us keyboard warriors. Please give them some credit

I think that when he was arrested in PE he was a lil arrogant having a scheme in his head thinking still he was going to get away with it. I say that because after he was back in Moscow and learned they had his dna from the sheath of the knife that arrogance that i seen on him in PE now seems totally deflated. Its not like he wouldve went back in the house like oops i forgot this. Going back for the sheath makes no sense what so ever. He went back to see the chaos he caused thinking somebody shouldve found them by then. If cops wouldve been there he probably wouldve started jogging and let cops ask him questions or ask if theres any way he could help since he has a Phd. Its hard telling. Personally, I like thinking of him in a panic when he realizes he has misplaced the sheath, whether that was while he was still in the house or later on. There's a reason those things fit on your belt. It's hard to use a knife and hold the sheath at the same time. She just opened the door a crack, her common sense was overriding wanting to know what was going on. She opened the door but knew she should not leave the relative safety of her room and she was right, there would have been 5 bodies instead of 4. He had the knife in his hand unless he stashed it somewhere in the house where he believed it would be thrown away before being found. Edit: Unless he threw the sheath down as a decoy but his DNA is on it, which puts him at the scene of the crime.

Yes - and my advice to college students would be choose to live in a house with good locks on outside doors, locks on your bedroon, security lights, maybe cameras and become a trained gun owner. And be strict about keeping doors locked and who can be in the house. If Dylan had a gun she could've shot the pos.
All you can do is try to make yourself less of a target, and BK knew they were easy targets. It's not all that random. A bit of self-selecting.
This is just me but if I was a tiny young hot woman - I might get a house with all men. First, they're harder targets for an attack and second a house of five or six tiny attractive women is going to attract the freaks the most. That's the bit I hate - was the slider unlocked? Even if not - he got and then what, walked right into bedrooms. If the slider is locked and everyone is in a locked bedroom - then how does his plan turn out? An alarm or an actual loud barking guard dog would've changed this.
We don't know who else he stalked if anyone. Maybe he looked at other people and decided they were too high risk. As others have said - even the way the house sits near tree cover and other houses makes it more inviting. No-one can see in the back easily or the side of the XK bedroom.

I think he got spooked and thought the surviving roommate may have already called 911 from hearing the dog barking and hearing the cries along with someone saying “someone’s here” so he didn’t think he had time to kill her and he got the hell out of there leaving the sheath in a panic. Which I still think he killed Ethan and Xana first w every intention of taking his evidence upstairs to the next killings (Maddie and Kaylee) and making sure he took the sheath w the knife to dispose of it when done. That’s why I think he panicked and he could’ve heard the roommate on 2nd floor open or close her door. I mean, why would he take that chance and leave Xana in her room alive w Ethan after getting door dash and being on Tiktok and them possibly hearing or seeing the commotion upstairs if he went up there first. Just disgusting how he came back knowing there was 4 dead bodies in there and the cops hadn’t been called yet. He probably wondered why esp being that one surviving roommate he thought maybe had called the cops when he was committing the crimes and again that’s why he didn’t harm her. He may have also thought about going back in to get the sheath OR finishing her off. Who knows but I wouldn’t put anything past this sick deranged individual.

Your theory makes the most sense, though that audio of the murders that was leaked a day ago has Maddie and Kaylee getting killed first and Ethan getting killed last so I am not sure if it was just edited that way or what order everything happened in. It makes no sense killing Maddie and Kaylee first which some well respected criminal profilers agree with. Apparently Kaylee got it the worst with over 66 stab wounds and the bones in her face were completely broken according to some source that was at the crime scene. Hence why her dad absolutely wants Bryan to get the death penalty no matter what.

It is not normal to don’t call immediately the police and to don’t enter the rooms from the victims to see if everything is alright! This is also a criminal so the inmates needs to be arrested because there is no excuse for having neglect to call the police! Maybe some of the 4 victims would have been alive if they did! And if the inmate say it is because o a shock to don’t have call the police that’s non sense! A shock happens when they see committing the murder but not only seeing a person in the house! If they were shocked they couldn’t stay any minute longer in that crime scene! If something like that - seeing a dangerous person in my house, would happen, I would not lock my self in a room but I would immediately leave my own house. I would wait until I am sure that the dangerous person left my property and then I would leave my house because I wouldn’t support to stay in it longer! And I would run in the next police station asking for help!! This two survivors has to go in jail too!!! They waited so long like making sure that the 4 victims were dead! Maybe because they lay the murder in? We don’t know but IT IS A NORMAL INSTINCT TO RUN TO HELP, even in a dangerous situation and even it would costs your life!

He then decided to leave but ran into the girl and her boyfriend on the 2nd floor. He had to kill them, because a dead person can't tell on him anymore. He then left the scene. I hope people realize that unless they found the knife in his car or his apartment or parents house and the knife had the victims blood on it, having some scientific analysis that says the wound tracks are consistent with a Ka-Bar is almost meaningless. That knife literally has hundreds of millions if not billions of the exact same knife in existence over the last 8 decades or so, it is a military weapon dating back to WW2 and was produced by multiple companies under government contracts besides the actual name brand Ka-Bar ones and have been sold at every Army Surplus Store Gun and Knife Shows countless online retailers as well as most brick and mortar sporting goods/ outdoors stores. Yes a sheath with his DNA was found at the scene but the individual blade won’t be able to be matched to the wounds like on an episode of CSI on TV unless they found the blade with blood on it. Unfortunately this is quite literally the most common fixed blade combat knife worldwide and with that many decades of being manufactured it would be like trying to find 1 specific sewing needle in a mountain of completely identical sewing needles.
