This one move in particular felt so good for me and I felt like my whole body was being released from such tension, I could do it for a long time even if I wanted to! for longer legs/to make your legs look longer, make sure to stretch your legs day and night (as well as your body so it doesn't swell!) stretching is important as it loosens up and lengthens your muscles so they don't look bigger or they don't feel too tight. plus it helps give flexibility and mobility!
