Tried n it was a success. Made two tubs: Mango n Strawberry. Definitely reduce d cond milk, stil too sweet even at 100ml, mango itself is a rather sweet fruit. Tip: Let d set ice cream sit a while in room temp before scooping n serving to prevent ice crystals. Thanks for sharing ❤️
This isn’t *exactly* ice-cream like you get at the store. It’s pretty smooth (never gets quite the same consistency) and has a kind of waxy (?) mouthfeel. But it’s still really good! We make the vanilla kind every year on vacation so we don’t have to drive with a carton of ice-cream in the car. It might taste more like normal ice-cream when you are flavoring it with something stronger than vanilla, like mango, of course.
Tip for beginners : must cover the ice cream with plastic wrap then put the cap on it , Well your ice cream has ice crystals Thanks me later If anybody know it that’s fine but if this tip work , like me Thanks 😊

omg i tried this last night, and it was soo good and creamy! my family loved it sm, but instead of mangoes, i used cocoa powder to make it a chocolate ice cream! tysm for the video
