Super Premium Ice Cream Recipe (Easiest Homemade Caramel Ice Cream | No Ice Cream Machine)

- 100g heavy cream
2g salt
75g sugar
15g water
25g unsalted butter
400g heavy cream
100g condensed milk
8 lotus cookies
1. When making caramel sauce, it is better to have a thick and slightly high pot.
2. Keep an eye on the sugar when it boils. Turn off the gas before it turns dark brown and add heavy cream.
If it is dark brown, it may taste burnt.
3. The made caramel sauce becomes thick when put in the refrigerator and becomes soft when left at room temperature.
