Before I started watching these candy making videos I had always wondered how they got the details in such small candy. I’m glad I got the answers. And these videos are so interesting and fun to watch.
Here’s the thing: this example was hand made for a specific flavor/texture. But generic flavoured candy has a lot of automation in its manufacturing, ranging from automated spreaders to automated heaters for the base preparation to machine operated cutters which automatically break the sheet of candy.
