Most videos are 10 minutes long and only 2 minutes worth of content. this was 5 minutes packed to the brim with information. Thank you for the fantastic video.

You are welcome and thank you very much for that comment. A lot of time goes into making a video like this, even if it is only 5min long.

Hey love the video great job 👌...
Question what type of wood are you using

You are welcome! This was done with Merbau decking boards. Merbau is often used for garden furniture as well because it is very durable and lasts a long time outside. Also, not that expensive compared to other hardwoods. I have used it for some time now and never had any issues. You do have to use a base coat first though because it contains tannin that stains the top coat if you are using white for example. Black not so much, but white looks better in my opinion. Hope that helps!?

This is called Merbau. Typically used for decking boards and outdoor furniture.

What program are you using for the basic design layout you send to your customers?

I use LightBurn which is actually meant for my laser, but I find it much easier to do basic designs in. I can then make a screenshot or export them and then import into VCarve which is a big help. But, you can do it directly in VCarve as well. Hope that helps.

What product are you using for masking?

Hey John! For this project, I used Oramsak 813. I put a link in the description to where I found it the cheapest. Also, I will be doing another video soon for something else I have been using! Make sure to stay tuned for that one.

@@TwinSummitDesignsWhen can I expect the new video. I just ordered a small amount of the recommended masking but would like to save more money. Thanks.
