  • Showing you how i replaced rear brake pads on a newer bmw x1. The car only had 30k miles and already needed brakes. Very simple to do however you will need a scan tool.
This was the scan tool i used incase you wanted the same one. amzn.to/3VXiB19 (affiliate link)

Sir when u changing sensor u didn’t show which side goes flat surface in the calliper pads. Is it left side of the pad or right side of the pad that’s the main thing about sensor sir if u put wrong side it’s won’t work I guess

Good video ! Before remove the rotor, there are 2 bolts (at 3'41) on the rear bracket , what is the size of tool to remove them ? Thanks in advance !

Lots of details are missing. Push back the electric parking brake, push back the brake cylinder, etc. Good try otherwise. Nice, that the author exactly knows what to do. Tutorial videos need more. As it goes for amateurs, not for professionals.

He's using the scanner to push the electric parking brake back and then shows him pushing the caliper and he even specifies he's not using the caliper piston tool. Did you even watch? Lol
