What: Using self-care and problem solving to help reduce distractibility, disorientation, and forgetfulness.

1. Using improved sleep, relaxation, and exercise help to reduce stress-related forgetfulness.
2. Managing expectations about productivity and overstimulation to reduce overexertion related cognitive fatigue.
3. Presenting self-pacing to reduce distractibility.
4. Scheduling and enhanced routines to reduce forgetfulness.
