@@ankit.Chaudhary acknowledging and accepting that you have depression is first , second one is letting it out , everything that made you slip in depression to close ones or loved ones, in my case it was my mom , I told her everything , I wanted her to know what I m going through , because you don't heal if you don't reveal , I remember it was low point of my life , but it passed away, and mom was with me , cry your heart out and let it out , it's okay about letting your loved ones or your friend know what you are feeling ,share it with them , it ll take time, but take time , heal at your pace , and seeing a therapist or not that decision is surely upto to you , but it's nice to get help from therapist , and with time , you heal , I can't say that I m healed totally, but with time I m getting better ,and you most important thing is "you" matter, your mental health matters most, take care , more power to you!!!!

You make some fake memory too as because you can't remember properly so you guess and thus results in fake memories. 3. Decrease of patience & interest in everything you did earlier and even enjoyed back then but can't feel enjoyment now. 4. Trust issues as you can't trust yourself and also sometimes others for complex memory. 5. Irregular sleep, No sleep, takes too much time to sleep. 6. Also increase in rage. 7. Loneliness. As because people can't understand you that point of time. You make your friends & family your dislikers or enemies by some behavios and choices. 8. Low confidence. Needs to take help to do simple stuffs.

@@Boxerr007 no, i remember almost everything from past. it's the memory after the illness which is unclear. to deal with it is complicated as because you need to go with the current flow. so my advice is to be nice to her as much as possible. be with her. spend time & talk to her regularly. share & exchange thoughts and daily life stories. understand her point of views etc. That's all in short.

Probably you have Health Anxiety. Googling your symptoms would only get you anxiety and would stressed you out until it would lead to Depression. Search about health anxiety here in youtube.

ONE GOOD thing about memory loss is that it's easier to forget an EX. Pain dissipates with the memory loss.

As you know,that in Bangladesh education system there is a board exam named PEC at class five.I pass this exam with a brilliant result.I got 567 out of 600.I was a brilliant boy in the class and my position was always 1st.But suddenly my memory becomes very weak and my thinking power is losing consentently.I am feeling very hesitate to talk with my parents about this matter.Because they will don't give me any positive response.I've research a lot in Google about this matter.But the result disappointed,depressed me.I was in depression.Can you give me some advices so that I can get back my good memory ? Probably you have Health Anxiety. Googling your symptoms would only get you anxiety and would stressed you out until it would lead to Depression. Search about health anxiety here in youtube.
