Day 10 completed today October 1. Did 45 minutes on the stairmaster tonight. It's starting to get too dark out to walk outside when I'm home from work so I decided to give myself a challenge and do the stair master for 45 min-1 hour for 4-5 days a week for 2 weeks.
This man knows wt he's doing ❤❤❤I'm in week 5 of FUPA 10 WEEKs CHALLENGE ,I watch my food , do my workout and I can tell yeaaah I see results❤❤❤❤❤
