  • What on earth is causing all of these autoimmune diseases?! Everywhere you look somebody has an autoimmune condition- whether it be Hashimoto's, Grave's, lupus/SLE, celiac disease, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis, or something else. Well, figuring out the root cause(s) of your autoimmunity is actually fairly straightforward when you think about it...

    DAYTIME SLEEP
I suck liposomal glutathione (200mg is enough) I get a welcome boost in early morning sleep and it resets my immune system. My problem: the things listed as typical IgE allergens cause fatigue leading to daytime sleep. I can’t find any one else researching this problem. Glutathione helps but as soon as I meet the next allergen I am back to being drowsy. Thank you so much for putting this together. You are a lifeline for people who ask for help only to be told “take these antidepressants and go away ” and “your 10 minutes are up”.

Stress definitely caused my histamine intolerance; my Lab developed a nerve disorder that affected her the last year of her life that stressed me to the max 24/7, and then, of course, there was the grief of losing her. I've been healing by fasting (IF and longer fasts), eating a diverse, whole food, no added sugar diet, taking L-Glutamine, and becoming more mindful of stress management. After 5 months of this I have started reintroducing high histamine foods with success!

    • @allhimwithme5115

@@Ruktiet So sorry, just saw this. My symptoms were the rarest reaction; it's not even on most "histamine problem symptoms" lists. _Severe asthma_ - an 8 out of 10 after the year it got progressively worse. I was near anaphylaxis when I decided to start fasting simply to reset my immune system because I had NO IDEA it was food that was the problem.
BUT, when I started fasting I quickly realized I was totally fine _UNTIL_ I ate anything. Then, 15 minutes later I was wheezing.
At first ANY food triggered me because histamines cause your stomach acid to be released to digest food. YAY, eat OR breathe what what I was left with at first.
The foods that triggered me the most were the highest in histamine like beef (aged meat) and fermented vegetables from our garden. For a list search on "Mast Cell 360 Low Histamine List" - it contains lists of low and high histamine food along with oxalate and lectin considerations.

@@stellaancimer8505 Histamine intolerance makes meat about impossible to handle. Beef is the worst for histamine content because it has to be aged to be edible (it's aged at the butcher before it goes to market) and aging causes the histadine to be broken down into histamine. However, lately I have had to have more prolo sessions. Which is re-injuring the areas that are flaring Which is very difficult to heal from. So I feel like I am and a circle. The 6 root causes you mention are really great places for anyone to work on. I do however find it a little strange being mentioned as the only 6 ... Personally i see people developing autoimmunity due to #1 Mycotoxin exposure #2 high omega 6 in diet #3 failed dental procedures(wisdom tooth cavitations, root canals) I would probably then list your 6 as they are great things that people don't think about.. we do also know that mycotoxin exposure can really affect neurotransmitters and cause chronically elevated cortisol and sleep dysregulation. SIBO is often related to poor liver and bile function often triggered by mycotoxins on the hepatocirculatory system or a generally poor nutrition deficient diet..

The only thing I disagree with is that you said autoimmune diseases normally can't be cured and that's false. I would LOVE for you to make a video about healing autoimmunity and giving your opinion on Brooke's protocol after watching her videos and hopefully trying it yourself, as you always do. I don't think the real cause is any of the things you mention, and I say that because I guess all people at some point in their lives have had bad food, or antibiotics, or stress, or disturbed sleep.
So, by this logic, we should all have at least one autoimmune disease.
I think in the end it has to do with our thoughts and how much we respect and love ourselves.I think the real cause is that we have disconnected our mind from our body and don't listen to its needs when we should( or at least, in an autoimmune situation
    when you should.)
We didn't react where we should have with a big NO! because our beliefs did not allow us to do so. but now it is too late... We married it and we will live with it! 😢 ❤ Appreciate your point of view though! 😊

Try zinc carnosine instead or zinc sulfate plus B vitamin complex. Depending on how low your stomach acid is up to 50 mg zinc plus 2 mg copper (too high zinc can deplete copper). You can test your stomach acid either with the baking soda or beets test (search for them). I have the exact same problem, but I also recently found out I have MCAS, which always causes inflammation in my digestive system when triggered, and then my stomach acid production drops once again. I'd also recommend taking a good magnesium supplement (mg bisglycinate or malate). Hope this helps.

I had been 100% isolated at home for a year, since the start of the pandemic. Five days after the vaccine, I almost collapsed at home with a (small) pleural effusion. One month after the vaccine, I had an EBV-reactivation (my only one since my original case of EBV in 1976!). Two months after that was my official diagnosis of Hashimoto's. I haven't taken any further vaccinations out of fear that more "stuff" will happen to me. Clearly, my immune system is "out of whack". I've spoken to almost a dozen doctors for their advisement. Some say I should stay away from the vaccine; others say I must take it.
