  • Today’s 15 Min Killer lower body workout session focuses on building strong and lean legs, glutes and Abs.
    Strong legs are the foundation for a healthy body and training them should be your top priority for a good physique and health !
    The lower body strength training session also shall focus on exercises that will target your glute muscles and workout the core alongside.
    We perform each exercise in sets of two in order to really target and strengthen the muscles and build muscle memory.
    Not only will it burn calories and up your metabolism, but also make your joints stronger and promote bone health !
    No equipment is required for today’s exercises , so just grab your mat and a water bottle in order to enjoy this session.
