@@taestan-yr7rv it was approximately less than 2 months and that also I was not following any diet and only thing I followed while working out is eating early dinner and this Zumba workout half an hour daily and 30 min evening walk...I have seen drastic change in my body and I am very happy about it
Iam doing your exercises from the last 8 days and i can see the huge change in my weight . My initial weight was 69kg but after proper diet and doing your 25mins and some times 40mins exercise daily before bedtime , i had lose 3 kgs now iam 66lg lets continue my journey and will update after 1 month
I started yesteraday (15 hrs after u aploaded this) with 65 kg, let's see how many kgs will I lose after a week. I'm also on diet starting yesterday with 2 meals only and limited food, no colored drinks etc.

also starting to try this out, without any diet, i eat 2 meals a day lunch and dinner, i try to do 3 min stretches everyday ontop of this, will see how it goes goal is 55 kg in 13 wks (starting at 79.8kg ) wk 1 - 79.0 kg wk 2 - 79.4 kg - i didnt eat more, i actually been eating less in my 2 meals.. maybe was the alcohol i drank 3 cans (beer) this week, will try to reduce? - defintely feeling better through the day and 2 days at work (desk job) i dont feel as tired walking from desk to lunch and back wk 3 -
