- Despite having a heart of gold, Jessie has some of the worst luck ever when it comes to his Diesel C10 street truck. We don't want to give too much away, but we'll say that getting smashed by a State Trooper wasn't the only thing to have gone wrong in this trucks story.

How the hell is a guy like this running around unsponsored? Dude's got work ethic, determination, integrity, and a damn impressive truck.
It doesn’t surprise me that this was Arkansas State Police, they are the sorriest excuse for law enforcement in the USA.

There is relatively little left of the original truck. It has been so changed that except for the looks, it's not even the same truck his father had.
“That stuff keeps happening… but I have a lot of fun racing” the love and passion that he has for the car and sport is incredible.

Jessie is hands down one of the nicest most humble dudes out there. I remember in 2011 I was having transmission issues on my 2nd gen and he helped me out big time. I’ll never forget that.

This reminds me of my experience with Irresponsible government.
I stopped on the side of a street at a garage sale. This other car stops going the wrong way on the road the directly opposite my car and an elderly couple get out. Soon there's a roar of a fire truck who comes down the street but can't get through between both cars. The fireman yells out his window demanding the older man to move his car but the guy was shocked and just froze in place. The fireman just went on between the cars and I heard metal screeching.
Once the truck got past the cars my mirror had been torn off. The fireman told me to wait and they'd be back. The elderly couple drove off without a care. After their call they came back and had me fill out papers to submit to have my car fixed. Whenever I called the firestation I got the run around and nobody knew how to handle the situation. Meanwhile the police would pull me over 3 times because I didn't have a mirror. I finally had the repairs done myself to stop being pulled over. I paid for the repairs as well and never got the fire department to reimburse me for hitting my car.
The story behind this truck is freaking awesome man!! I’m glad you were able to get it back after it was stolen. I’m glad you decided to rebuild it after the wreck with the state trooper. Sucks they didn’t pay for it like they said they would. But all in all thru everything that has happened to you and this truck you are an absolute boss for keeping on keeping on and still keeping the truck around and always fixing it. Now that’s true dedication and determination!! You sir are the definition of a true racer! That’s awesome man. Somebody PLEASE sponser this man!!
Like him I found that if I pound on a transmission it will fail. Automatic or stick. But T10s and Muncie take a while to kill.
Yo, the fact that cleeter and his crew went so far to help you proves that 1320 roots and respect 🙏 run deep. Im not apart of the club but I do know you have many people in 1320 who respect the heck out of you and have your back. And since Cletus went that extra mile for you, don't be surprised if cleeter wants to do projects with you man.
The fact he can handle his financial hardships like that and keep on going is another reason to admire the guy. He is a prime example of what it really takes to be a man in the situations handed to you.

I witnessed that accident in Newport, Arkansas. They were right in front me when it happened. It was totally the Troopers fault. I left a witness statement and everything. I was in touch with him for a few years he told me Arkansas was a no fault state. Hope everything is bro. Good luck to you.

I was just in Jonesboro Arkansas for unexpected passing of my uncle, last week. cousin lives in Newport. I have been watching Arkansas police chase videos, here on TH-cam, for quite some time now. Now after hearing it's a no-fault state, I feel worse about Arkansas, and understand why they seem so reckless during police chases. They can't be held at fault? so they can't be worried about hurting innocent people? What a dangerous attitude. God Bless Jessie. Good things come to patient men.

I had no idea of the sheer scope of that situation either.
What is there to say about a truck driver that acts like a giant dirt bag and unable to properly operate the truck he's driving, own up to your f-ups and take it like a man.
Really feel for Jessie having his vehicle smashed repeatedly. Must be hard to find the determination to keep fixing and spending money to fix it time and again.
I remember Jesse rolling into "The Lot" by McDonald's back in high school in the mid 90's. That truck sounded so damn good with the huge exhaust it had.

In both of those crashes it sounds like you need to get on your own insurance company and tell them to get off their assess and use their lawyers to make it right
right on insurance co.'s are the biggest scammers going. You HAVE to HAVE insurance and they don't do anything!!
Why can't you collect from your insurance Co and let them fight it out with the others? That's why you pay them.
Normally I'm not a fan of the diesels clouding the track with the black smoke but since the first time that you guys filmed Jesse, I've been a fan of his. He does the best trailer burnouts, he drives a square, and seems like a regular guy who is having a blast ripping his truck! Thanks for the story! Im even more of a fan now.

Such a gorgeous truck and such an incredible owner. You and that truck have been through so much and its so awesome seeing a classic truck from 3 generations that still looks so good and drives so well. I love old vehicles.
