Heal While You Sleep Guided Meditation - Evening Healing Meditation (3 hrs)

  • If you have difficulty asleep or falling back to sleep, this 3 hour guided sleep meditation allows you to become an animal and use all of its strengths and powers to help you heal while you sleep.
    Decide whether to become a mythical creature or cute animal, make your own healing space and bed down for the night. Give yourself permission to relax your body and get in the optimal mindset to fall asleep.
    For insomniacs who want to fall back to sleep easily, this healing sleep meditation can help you get a few extra hours. It is great for the end of the day, when your body's tired but your mind is still overthinking. Focus on the words, then let the soft background music continue for 3 hours in total.
    Good news: with this technique, you can use any animal (or creature) as an object and focus on its strengths and secrets while allowing yourself to fall into a deep sleep. Come back to this meditation time and time again, and be a different animal.

    I dont know what happened but this was gone when i woke up about 2 hours later, youtube was closed. 🤔
