      @@cynfulpsyko420 I wear the wristbands that I bought from a CVS drug store. They come with a ball embedded within the bands which will sit right on top of your pressure spot. No holding it down, it’s not painful, just relief and happiness. Try it out!

      @@cynfulpsyko420 I usually have a cup of tea and concentrate on it. I also listen to certain CD's that help me to calm my mind. Listen to several different ones until you find one that helps you the most. There is no wrong choice, everyone is different and that is good. I listen on an old CD player. That helps me a LOT. Also, try to find an organic relaxing tea. Hot tea helps me to relax and concentrate on the tea instead of how awful I feel at the time.

      thank you. i’m sick from my second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. i was also slightly sick when i got the shot, with a cold that’s circulating my area. so it’s double bad. but i know i’m gonna be okay.

    Extremely hard night for me tonight and I was having anxiety so bad that I was shaking, nauseas and had no idea what to do with myself 😥 This meditation is the best I have EVER done! Your voice is perfectly calming, not annoying at all. As soon as I started rubbing my wrists I felt relaxed and the whole time I was just enjoying every single second of feeling my body relax ❤️ We really are in control of our bodies. Energy comes from within. Thank you for saving me tonight with this meditation 🙏 I will be back for so so many more!

    i’m absolutely terrified of vomit. it makes me feel like my life is going to end, and my eating habits have become terrible. i can’t go anywhere anymore, for the fear that i’ll be anxious and nauseous in a place i’m not familiar with. i’ve never thrown up from anxiety, but it makes me very nauseous and i’m really scared i will throw up... any suggestions?

      For this type of fear, I think distractions can work really well. Getting your mind off the queasy feeling with something like a good book, music, getting into a work task. If you have to go out, take a little 'emergency bag' of items that you know make you feel safer when you go out (that might include mints, chewing gum, peppermint scented oil, ginger sweets, etc).

      Dude I have the exact same problem. I’m literally in therapy rn for it (and my anxiety). And my anxiety makes me so nauseous and I probably get so nauseous because I’m so afraid of feeling nauseous. I literally take so many anti nausea aids and other stuff to try to feel better.

    I have emetophobia, and feel nauseous basically every day. Today was especially bad with my anxiety going haywire. Very few of these meditation/relaxation videos have helped before, but this one definitely eased my mind and gut. Thank you for this and much love to anyone else out there hurting 💜

      Get your copper and zinc levels checked. Taking every zinc with food helped alleviate my severe anxiety. A pinch of Himalayan salt on my tongue, chased with 8oz of water 3x a day has also helped me balance my minerals. God speed!

      i have the same exact thing! it’s sooo exhausting and literally runs my life. i’m so sick of it, and i’m glad i’m not alone. i hope you have days where you finally don’t have nausea, emetophobia and anxiety :)

    i did this on my lunch break, it worked like a charm highly recommend. i struggle with hardcore nausea due to anxiety and once the sensation begins it’s always downhill from there. this meditation was amazing.

      i have the same thing and it’s the worst thing in my life right now. it makes it so i’m scared to do things because i don’t wanna be somewhere where i can’t throw up if i need to. i should mention, the symptom is ONLY nausea, never vomiting, but i’m still super scared about that.... it sucks

    I woke up with terrible nausea last night, my body was shaking and I thought I was going to be sick. But I listened to this video and was able to relax and fall back asleep instead.     Just had the worst nausea and i've even vomitted cause of covid. And having anxiety on top of that just breaks me down, me started to cry, wanting all of it to stop. Even at one point i wished i could just fainted and not experienced all of this, yet again i came back here and last night WAS SUCH A RELIEF! i was able to sleep peacefully and even woke up free from all of those symptoms i was having last night.     My 24/7 nausea is from being 1st trimester pregnant. While I still feel nauseous after the meditation, during the meditation I experienced some well-needed relief and relaxation. I will come back to this one. Thank you!

    This is my all time favorite meditation for nausea, it works for me every time i have stomach problems.     I don’t know what it is but I always feel like I’m gonna throw up but sometimes it’s just cause I have anxiety and because I over think a lot I’m terrified of throwing up not of throwing up but the feeling when I’m about to trow up like right now it’s 5:04 in the morning and I always feel like this at night when no ones awake I’m shaking righting this but these videos make me feel better

      Hi, I’m back and I’ve just come to say, I have come back to this video over 4 times every time I felt sick and I was better after watching it. What really relaxes me is the breathing exercises and the shoulder pushed up to your face then back and down. I really don’t understand how this video works!!! But it makes me sleepy and calm 💕 ❤️❤️

    my nausea is adhd related, and part of my painful neurodivergency is a very strong discomfort with bones, tendons, blood, etc. the pressure point for relief made me gag and tic. so really i just cannot find a solution that doesn't worsen my problem 😭

      Sorry to hear that. Miss out the acupressure move, it's not necessary to get benefit from this video. If you still want to give this meditation a try, and you don't want to close your eyes, that's OK. The candle flame on the screen is there so if you don't feel comfortable closing your eyes, you can focus on something steady. I wish you success trying to find a solution, nausea is such a horrible feeling!

    I'm in tears writing this - my anxiety has made me nauseous 24/7 for the last week and I just found this video today, and for the first 15 minutes I still felt so sick, and I was scared it wasn't going to work for me, but then it started to ease the nausea!!     i have functional dyspepsia, which causes horrible stomach pain and nausea. i have a fear of vomit, and nothing seems to be working. all i do is worry about it because i feel like vomiting but i don’t want to. suggestions?

      I know how you feel because I have the same fear! What I do know is that stress and worry will make your dyspepsia worse which of course, will cause more pain and nausea. Stress relief does not have to only be limited to meditations. But being able to slow down your breath will help. Additionally, during difficult, stressful times (like when you are going through many life-changes) phobias can flare-up. This is when stress relief will help even more. I personally find that keeping a peppermint scent helps to keep nausea at bay.

    I have tried EVERYTHING to get rid of this nausea. Why does this video help? By the end of the video I am passed out! I believe my nausea is anxiety related. I will incorporate this video into my every day routine, as long as i dont fall asleep lol. THANK YOU.

    I typically have used just the nausea relief music, but what really worked was this meditation, especially at the first breathing exercise. The feeling by the end of this is either heavenly, or I fell asleep because of how calming and helpful. Thank for this video!! I use this to recommend to others dealing with emetophobia, morning sickness, or general nausea.

    i came to do this but when the clench your stomach part came i thought i could but it made it worse so i just texted some friends and listened to music while focusing on counting the beats while also lying down but (possible tw) i ended up having a really strong urge to puke so i went to the bathroom and sat with my head down on the edge of the toliet seat and kept counting the beats but ended up puking. kinda glad though because im not very nauseous anymore cause before it was so bad i was gonna cry. counting the beats helped a lot though, i also listened to music while counting the strokes of me petting my dog. (btw i was listening to one direction songs)

    this made me feel much better. i always fear feeling sick or throwing up and it happens so often and i’m not sure why. i constantly think of the future and what might happen if i start feeling sick. People keep telling me to be stronger or stop overthinking, but it’s not that easy and i have a really hard time coping with it

    i’m really panicking, i woke up in the night feeling super sick i feel so hot but i’m not i feel awful. i have emetophobia (sorry i cant spell rn i’m panicking) i hope this is just another panic episode but in the moment i always feel as if i’m not going to make it through it’s terrifying i’m seriously so stressed and i’m desperately trying to distract myself. i’m at my dads tonight, where i never usually struggle with night time problems it’s just the past 2 times i’ve stayed where there has happened. it’s worse this time though due to me having no acid reflux tablets left. pls can i just make it through pls im so scared

      Hey! I know it’s been 11 days, but I truly hope you feel a bit better right now, and you’ve made it through! I know how bad emetophobia can make you feel, and how it rules throughout your life, but please know it won’t always be that way, and you’re going to be okay (no matter how sh!t you feel). I return to this video almost monthly, and it still does miracles to calm me down, not matter how big the state of panic I’m in! I hope it can be a help to you, and if it can’t I hope you find something else to soothe you. You’ll get through it, and know you’re heard! I’m here for you 💓

    I was not able to do the start because I don’t like anything around or your hung my wrist :( but I’m here because I’ve pulled a muscle and I’m worrying and convincing myself I’m not gonnu be sick

      That's OK. The start is just an acupressure move that helps if you feel nauseous, but there is another acupressure point on your legs, if you're interested look up 'Acupressure Point ST36: Stomach 36 or Zu San Li' to see where it is located. But you make an interesting point about the mind-body connection. You've pulled a muscle which makes you think there's something wrong and that you'll be sick. Which makes you feel anxious. And anxiety brings on feelings of stomach discomfort which convinces you even more that you are sick. You can allow yourself to relax ... it's a pulled muscle and will right itself with some rest.

    I worked a 14 shifts thanks to the holidays and got home extremely nauseous and dizzy and after I ate I wanted to throw up so badly my stomach was in so much pain but this video helped me calm down and pass out!!! Saved me a trip to the ER 😌

    Hi, you probably wont read this but i want to say thank you so much. The past 2 years I’ve been struggling with anxiety to the point where i get so nauseated and even throw up. I’ve tried so many apps but you have to pay so they were all useless. I’ve recently found your videos and I’ve been listening to a different video of yours every night when i start to feel my panic attack. And you have helped me so so much, to the point where i feel so much calmer. Thank you so much, these video’s have honestly been a lifesaver. When i feel alone, i like to read the comments and i feel a little less lonely. I always have panic attacks at night and i feel so helpless so it’s so late I can’t do much. But i put my headphones in, lay down with a pillow propped up and listen to your videos. This one is my favourite. No amount of words can tell you i appreciative i am, so once again thank you 🙏🏼❤

    a couple days ago i had a horrible bout of nausea from not sleeping and so when i woke early today i was hoping it wouldn’t happen again, i freaked out when i realized i wasn’t just hungry but this really helped calm me… and honestly i might have been just hungry

      When you have a lot of stress going on in your life, your phobia will feel worse. So one of the things you can do is work on making your lifestyle less stressful or at least plan some relaxation time into your daily life.

    I have used this every time I get some sort of nausea. For the last two days I have been vomiting a lot, and having a stomache flu, and this is the only thing that truly relieve some of the pain.
