      Michelle. Thank you. This is helpful. I have several chronic illnesses. I can’t sleep many times from worry and many times due to pain. Can you maybe do a meditation dealing with coping with chronic illnesses and the deep depression and anxiety that accompany it? I’m m having a really hard time even feeling like why bother. This is no kind of life. Coping with a meditation about all this would be so wonderful b

      There aren’t any recordings by Michelle I dislike. The only ones I don’t ‘devour’ are the Christmasy ones (I’m allergic to Christmas music and culture, generally). I know Michelle is like us, giving as if Christmas were any time during the year, so, there’s that -just sayin’. 🙏

      This could almost be used for morning anxiety. I really hope you make us some of those. It’s really brutal to wake up for some of us. And we can have a hard day to face or we can know that we’re going to have to stay in bed and I think that if we’re going to have to stay in bed we should learn how to be there and not add to our suffering about feeling shame about being there. It’s hard when you used to be able to be really productive. I was disabled by violence and my capabilities vary from one moment to the next. Plus I’m so isolated these days and nights I can feel it in my blood and bones. So when I wake up in the morning but my blood knows and the chemistry upon awakening, especially if it’s sunny, it feels terrible. I bet your voice and your content could have an effect on that. You’d be helping so many with such intense suffering. Thank you for considering it.

    I’m struggling 💔 the pain I’m feeling on a daily basis is far too much, I’m glad I found this meditation , I will have a good nights rest hopefully now, appreciate it , you never know how small things can impact people 🤍😢

    Yet again I fall asleep within 20 minutes of each story. Whatever you're doing, it def.works You're voice is so sweet and calming. I've tried many other channels with males talking and it dosent work. Looking forward to the next one!

I've had a crazy week, too many thoughts are in my head, had insomnia last night, and intermittent sleep the night before. Tension and anxiety are looming large.     This is a great video. Calms me down. Your voice is soothing enough and what you say is therapeutic. How ever some times the back ground music distracts

    Happy Solstice! I’ve benefitted so much from your meditations, these past few weeks have been challenging. I’ve accepted my need for Lexapro as needed. It does help. I was just watching yesterday’s Times Sq. Yoga-Solstice Day while doing laundry. Many seemed bushed by the heat after ~30 min. I’m going to try to inspire my 82-year-old mom to try yoga. She is walking more losing some weight. I need to get back to it as well. Hope you’re staying cool. After watching a spot on local Philly news channel about the Zoo, I wondered if you ever did a story about zoo animals? They were feeding penguins, tigers, hippos, etc. but my inner-child kept reminding me how much I wished to be closer to all of them -a dream. What if one could shape-shift into a sparrow’s body so to fly around the zoo landing on, or perching near, all one’s favorite animals? 🕊️🙏💕

      It's great to accept what you need and do all you can to get in the best head space. It was amazing-- and hot in Times Square. Thankfully there was a breeze and I enjoyed shade for part of the practice. My class today was primarily people well into their seventies and older (including the instructor).

      It's such a strange and fascinating world isn't it. Michelle's Sanctuary means the world to me, a warm motherly embrace and comfort that I run to and bury myself deep into its metaphorical embrace, keeping me safe from the world. It feels such a deeply unique and personal experience that it feels solely unique to me, like the experience is all mine and only mine. And yet in reality, here we are, so many of us, who knows how many thousands feeling a very similar way indeed. It's quite breathtaking, the sheer scale and importance of Michelle's work and the serious succour she provides for so very many. 🙏💙

    We have very poor wi fi at the witches cottage but I’ve worked out a deal for them to conjure it. I have to give them back their skates. Here I’m an Olympic skater in real life I can’t even stand on them so I won’t take them off and they’re damaging the floors. What’s the lyric “ I wish I had a river I could skate away on” thanks for the twofer. Can’t wait

      I’m trying to fear not, but my brain has a mind of its own. I love Joni’s acerbic sadness but I have to be in a strong mood to listen. Your new meditation is loaded with so much great stuff. Emotions as currency, moon bows, etc. I have a hard time maintaining a calm scene so your voice is my path. Much appreciation.
