Your video is several years out of date. South of Brownwood is accessible anywhere in The Villages. I live in FENNEY and I can go from the new part at Moultrie Creek/Middleton all the way to Orange Blossom Gardens-

Thanks for the information. I am looking forward to golfing in retirement. My wife and I will be looking for a used home around the Brownwood area in a few years. Maybe the southern area will be more built up by then with shopping and grocery stores. Who knows, right? The bond doesn't bother me. Nothing is free. I would rather have a smaller bond though if possible.

@@davidquigney2956 You will love it here! The Villages grew south so the further south you buy the larger the bond. North of hwy 466 the bonds are paid off. If I can help in anyway feel free to o reach out.
