    I am new to Barre workouts. This was fun and a challenge for me as I work primarily with weights. Flexibility and grace are not my strong suits.

    Coach Kel, you are amazing, I feel tested every time I start but when I'm done, wow its the best feeling doing something different, working on posture, form, strength, this is the NEW me! Definitely signing up for the club as well.

    this was so unexpectedly hard! I do mostly HIIT workouts and am in good shape so was pleasantly surprised to see how difficult this was.

    This will get your heart rate up. Done a number of coach kel videos and enjoyed. This one was harder and quicker than most others I’ve tried. It has a few complex moves in it, lots of combo moves. For me the combo curtsy move was too hard to balance in after the attitude. I wish those had be separated and the direction of the twist spelled out a couple times, I definitely had it wrong somehow. It’s a good workout, not a light workout!

    Loved the music in this video! Upbeat to keep it lively, but melodic enough to provide focus. You're my favorite workout channel. :-)

    Loved it! Going to feel so sore tomorrow. The only thing I had to modify was the abs as I have diastasis recti and wasn't sure that was safe. So I just did dead bugs the whole time :)

    Hey Kel!!! I have seen you videos for a while now and I have to say I LOVE THEM!
    I've seen an improvement on my body since I start doing your exercises and I'm fascinated.
    I would love to see a video but specified on leg tone!! Quadriceps, femoral etc... I want to get ride of my cellulite in those areas, so if you have any idea, I'm looking forward to see it!
