Fabulous workout! I’m 60 and have been working out for over 30 years. This was the perfect low impact workout for someone who still wants a challenge but without a lot of jumping and high impact! Thank you!

I absolutely loved this workout! I added 3 lb ankle weights and increased the dumbbells to 5 lbs. I felt the burn in the absolute best way! Coach Kel’s online studio is the best out there period!! I’ve tried just about every other subscription workout forum and hers is hands down the best of the best. Her workouts have completely changed my body. Long lean muscle, serious abs and my legs have never looked better. I’m now a Fit by Coach Kel addict!
@elle. yes! There are weekly suggestions but tons of different workouts to choose from. She offers barre, strength, HIIT, cardio, and sculpt. There are various lengths of workouts too so if you’re up for a long workout or need something quick, she’s got it all. Highly recommend!!

Hello Coach Kel! I am Juno and I love you're work-outs for ballet and I do advanced ballet and pre pointe, this helps me exercise before my classes!! Thanks for being here for me and keeping me skinny, I am about 90-100 pounds!! I'm also only 10 and my dance coach says I'm an expert in pointe shoes because of you're exercises!

Did this workout this morning and boy was it good! I couldn’t do the actual lunges, but I did put a leg back and left it pretty straight! Bending it really bothers my knee…I injured it a while back and it was getting better when I stopped heavy lifting and pretty much did, barre, Pilates, yoga, light weights (no lunges) and cardio. Went to the gym this weekend and realized my knee wasn’t bothering me…until I did Bulgarian split squats and now it’s bothering me again…lol. Anywho, back to what I was doing!!!
Thanks, Coach Kel, for always being real and meeting us where we are in our fitness journey. I haven't had time to work out like I want, but kept moving for at least 10 minutes a day like you encouraged us to do. This workout was EXACTLY what I needed!

Hi Coach Kel! Cant wait to try this!! This is a fun, clever, and unique workout. Could you show a routine on pointe/arch Improvement? For foot flexibility. This is something am struggling with in gymnastics whenever I point my toes in exercises like; leg raises, L sits, splits, etc. My feet are weak and cramp up. This is a big set back of mine.
