Coach Kel, so GLAD you did a new video. I've been doing online/CD workouts for over 30+ years (since my teens). I can honestly say yours is one of the BEST workouts I've ever done. Hits the core muscles, reshapes the body, doesn't require jumping/undue pressure on joints, and creates long/lean muscles and not bulky thighs. it keeps my body in shape, along with balanced eating (and occasional intermittent fasting). That was insane! It is way harder than it looks! I have been doing HIIT workouts for about a month and a half and wanted some change and this was a real challenge. At the end of this video, the sweat was dropping off my face. The best is that you don't really need much space which is great for our little apartment. More of these, please. Thank you

I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.
I love your workouts. I think, it is very good, that there is no loud music, no shouting, no lame jokes (who wants to hear it 30 times) just your calm voice explaining the excercises. I also have 3 kids, but unfortunately not your shape...:))) but I keep on doing your videos!

This was my first Barre Class - absolutely loved it! As a former Pro-Dancer I always have struggled to find exercise that I enjoy other than dancing but I loved how this combined body weight and HIIT style exercises with the flow and posture of a dance-based workout, I feel great! Hi, there, I’m wondering what types of fitness routines do Pro Dancers keep? I’ve recently got into Dancing with the Stars shows and it blows me away what incredible bodies the women have. Do you think they just dance? Or what other training might they be doing? I’m guessing they don’t lift heavy weights, I wonder if they do Barre type workouts or Pilates? 🤔
I was a dancer and gymnast all the way into my mid 20s. I quit after having children and am completely out of shape. I decided I wanted to get back in shape, so I could train in Aerial Arts. This video absolutely killed me, but in a good way. My whole body was shaking by the end and sweat was pouring off my face. It was fun and didn’t feel like 37 min. I loved this workout and will definitely try the rest and recommend them to others!

Great workout! You are by far my favourite online barre instructor because of the clear sequencing, calm vocal delivery and muscle burn. I substituted the planks for elbow planks (still with a double knee tap then forward and back rock).

Getting more serious about working out again. This was difficult for a beginner like myself. I paused a couple of times , but I completed it. Loved it. Will definitely do it again. Can’t wait to tone my body more. Also, I have serious back issues, but I was able to do all the exercises without too much issue. Loved that it was low impact too because I also have weak knees.

Just did this workout!! this quarantine is giving this boy momma of 3 some extra time to try to refocus on myself! My 4 year old is non verbal and severely autistic so i get lost sometimes with all of his therapies so this was a nice change! thank u & keep this coming please!!

Also as a 66 yr old woman totally reminiscing about Jazz class in the 80's, missing my wicked strong young body, your choice of background music did not go unappreciated! I was diagnosed with SIBO, CKD and Long Covid in 2023. Im just now getting back to working out my core! Starting with reducing inflammation by fasting and doing mostly core work. This was so damn difficult to finish! I've been doing your workouts regularly during this lockdown and tbh, I've noticed a humongous difference in not just my body's outer appearance but also the way my flexibility and muscle strength has evolved....hope my compeers are able to spot the difference when this horrible situation dissipates and we're able to recommence uni classes!💙💙💙

I love your workouts!!! During the lockdown as I call it. My pool (water aerobics class) closed and I was at home, then our college kids moved home to do online schooling at home. That was way cool with me. One day 5 weeks ago my daughter Heidi came downstairs and says Mom today we are going to do a barre workout. I had been doing some of these exercises in the water :) easy pieces not so much on the floor in my living room. I am still not able to do all the sets straight through, but you know what? This 56 yr. old will get there. Two weeks ago, as we were getting ready to go to church. I thought I am going to try my size 12 pants on. OMG, they slipped right on. Buttoned the suckers up and did not have to suck my gut in and hold my breath., OH Happy Day!!! Down from a 14 to a 12. Now my goal is to get into a size 10. Please Please keep these workouts coming. I am posting for you on my FB and Instagram. Plus, I am telling my neighbors, my family, and friends. You have inspired me. Above all you know what I really like about your workouts. 1st video I’ve done by CoachKel, love her style, no long rambles, straight to the workout! This video is awesome for your legs, personally would add a bit more arms to feel more burn there, so I’ll be looking for other CoachKel videos to add that to my mix. But woah those leg lifts for your butt at the end are killer! Definitely a great coach for those that want a great workout. Very approachable workout.
I absolutely love this workout! AND I just realized that I dont bend my back knee when I lunge ( and I'm a fitness instructor) even tho I cue ' 90/90 bend in BOTH knees' , then I wonder why my back knee hurts! Thank you Kel!
This is a great workout - my first time doing barre and I love it. Thank you!!! After just a couple of days, I felt the muscle tone coming back to my lockdown body that is suffering from being sedantry (no swimming - argh!). I can notice a visible difference after just ten days of doing this every day : my butt is perter, and my arms look like the do when I swim every day, my legs are more toned and strong, and my thigh gap has returned! I am continuing doing this (and maybe some extra abs too) and hopefully my midriff weight will disappear too. Thanks so much Kel, this is a great workout :)
Awesome workout. No in-person barre classes for 34 days now in NYC, so this was a great mix of core movements, leg/thigh workouts, and those first position pulses towards the end - yowza. Love all of it - everyone, do this workout!

This is the very first one I did the other night. I’m 63 and it definitely got my heart rate up. I felt it the next day in my butt. I’m going to try all yours and I just ordered the ball. I gained 10 pounds and got flabby from the pandemic. I don’t trust renewing my gym membership because of the Covid even though I got the vaccine. I am psyched to get back into shape.

Right before Covid hit...I had signed up for barre classes for the first time ever. I suffer from fibromyalgia and was hoping this would help me lose weight. Before fibro I used to cross fit. But it’s been so many years and I’ve gained about 20 lbs and I’m so out of shape! 😣 I tried this video for the first time yesterday and loved it! I had to take many breaks but I kept pushing through to the end. Goal is to not take any breaks! When I went to the first class of barre “introduction” I did struggle somehow with my hips in certain movements. I think off the barre and some floor exercises. I hope I’m doing it right now that I have no instructor correcting me at home. Please do more videos, low impact, and maybe some not as intense (I’ve seen other barre videos that are intense in here 🙂) maybe a beginners one too? With my fibro I risk can risk bad flare ups if I push myself too too much. I love that your a mom and look great! I myself have two and I want to start to feel better from the inside out! Hi I think Pilates and Barre are the best exercises for women's bodies especially older women and younger women as well but it's a real good for my exercise is not all that gyrating and jumping up and down in doing injury Two Joints this is pleasant and easy on your joints in your muscles you going to be sore but you're not going to be stores to the point that you don't ever want to do this again thank you for good workout I thought this is a great work I'm just watching I'm trying to get back into exercise on 61 and we just retired.

1st video I’ve done by CoachKel, love her style, no long rambles, straight to the workout! This video is awesome for your legs, personally would add a bit more arms to feel more burn there, so I’ll be looking for other CoachKel videos to add that to my mix. But woah those leg lifts for your butt at the end are killer! Definitely a great coach for those that want a great workout. Very approachable workout.

I absolutely love this workout! AND I just realized that I dont bend my back knee when I lunge ( and I'm a fitness instructor) even tho I cue ' 90/90 bend in BOTH knees' , then I wonder why my back knee hurts! Thank you Kel!

This is a great workout - my first time doing barre and I love it. Thank you!!! After just a couple of days, I felt the muscle tone coming back to my lockdown body that is suffering from being sedantry (no swimming - argh!). I can notice a visible difference after just ten days of doing this every day : my butt is perter, and my arms look like the do when I swim every day, my legs are more toned and strong, and my thigh gap has returned! I am continuing doing this (and maybe some extra abs too) and hopefully my midriff weight will disappear too. Thanks so much Kel, this is a great workout :)

Awesome workout. No in-person barre classes for 34 days now in NYC, so this was a great mix of core movements, leg/thigh workouts, and those first position pulses towards the end - yowza. Love all of it - everyone, do this workout!

This is the very first one I did the other night. I’m 63 and it definitely got my heart rate up. I felt it the next day in my butt. I’m going to try all yours and I just ordered the ball. I gained 10 pounds and got flabby from the pandemic. I don’t trust renewing my gym membership because of the Covid even though I got the vaccine. I am psyched to get back into shape.
Thank you for sharing this. The low impact really helped me to be active without giving up. I haven't exercised for a long time.

Right before Covid hit...I had signed up for barre classes for the first time ever. I suffer from fibromyalgia and was hoping this would help me lose weight. Before fibro I used to cross fit. But it’s been so many years and I’ve gained about 20 lbs and I’m so out of shape! 😣 I tried this video for the first time yesterday and loved it! I had to take many breaks but I kept pushing through to the end. Goal is to not take any breaks! When I went to the first class of barre “introduction” I did struggle somehow with my hips in certain movements. I think off the barre and some floor exercises. I hope I’m doing it right now that I have no instructor correcting me at home. Please do more videos, low impact, and maybe some not as intense (I’ve seen other barre videos that are intense in here 🙂) maybe a beginners one too? With my fibro I risk can risk bad flare ups if I push myself too too much. I love that your a mom and look great! I myself have two and I want to start to feel better from the inside out! For added intensity I used a resistance band for the leg workouts (esp for the few moves near the end). It was killer! Thank you for keeping us active during the quarantine (:

Hi I think Pilates and Barre are the best exercises for women's bodies especially older women and younger women as well but it's a real good for my exercise is not all that gyrating and jumping up and down in doing injury Two Joints this is pleasant and easy on your joints in your muscles you going to be sore but you're not going to be stores to the point that you don't ever want to do this again thank you for good workout I thought this is a great work I'm just watching I'm trying to get back into exercise on 61 and we just retired.
