    Love your workouts, more so because of no BG music. Speaking for myself, when I'm working out hard - my preference is instruction with a calm level headed voice (sans shouting) just like yours is! Thanks!!

      I definitely feel this. I don’t like shouting and ‘you go girl!’ etc during workouts, just normal instructions

    I love your videos. I am older now but danced when I was young. During the lockdown I have done yoga videos and walking videos, but I have to say these barre workouts are the best. I had a knee replacement years ago and I have a hard time kneeling on that knee. Since I started doing your videos I can put more pressure on it. Thanks so much!

    Kel I wanted to thanks you I’m 59 years living in Australia suffering chronic pain after a back injury and botch surgery with cervical mesh developing fribromylgia and a knee so swollen not been able to walk , September went into car and sugar free diet lost 12 kilos , but still can’t do any exercise due to my knee pain forget about weight until I found you been a month religiously every day doing a different routine at the start only could do 5 min barely now and doing the hole routine 😍😍😍😍 thank you thank you cannot said enough my legs are getting tone my butt was like jelly now I can touch feel firm never have sweat so much and the best part that your routine is not boring at all I can’t believe when we are doing stretch times fly .

    I never post comments on youtube, but after doing several of your videos I have to say these are great! I've been doing youtube workouts for several years now and these are among the best I've seen. Keep it up :) Would also love to see something focused on back strengthening (a back and core workout maybe?). As a side note - I also prefer them without the music (you can always put your own on, which is better than potentially having to hear someone else's taste..).

      Yes, I like the idea of a back / core strengthening workout, maybe a short but comprehensive one if that's possible. Glad to have found your channel, the workouts look great!

    Wow, what can I say? hard workout but excellent cues and demos. I'm 62 and although not as fast as you, your workouts have increased my mobility and improved my back strength, great for going out on my road bike. Thanks!!

    I love these workouts. I was a long distance runner and cardio queen for a while. I cut back alot on working out and felt it... For the last few months I have been doing mostly Barre with some weights and I see more of a difference in my body tone and the way clothing fits than before... I love the full body workouts and the glute burnouts... Keep them coming and thank you so much Kelly. I can tell you are a gem of a human.

    I've seen other barre workouts, but I love your style and calmness the best. I only do yours, as a mother of 5, I totally understand your life and am just grateful you do these. It's a calm workout I look forward to. I don't even need the music, I leave that for running! I look forward to future workouts.

    You did kick our butt!😌 I'm a former (amateur ) ballet dancer and I love so much being reminded of the names of the different steps. I love feeling a little ballerina again...the posture, the hips turned out, the neck nice and long, the arm rounded and the gentle hand making every movement so elegant. Thank you so much 💙

    I don’t usually leave comments but I just wanted to say I love these videos and I hope you are able to post more. I’m a mom of 3 and these workouts are easy to do even with kids racing around me. And perhaps I am alone on this, but the lack of music doesn’t bother me at all. Thank you so much for sharing these videos!

    Your exercises are excellent! I had a ache when I did the 18:18 posture in my back waist but it disappeared today!! Today is the third day starting doing the exercise! Thank you so much😊

    Amazing!!! Just completed this and I'm trembling. This is the 9th day in a row for me doing one of your workouts a day. I'm 6 months post baby. I e been consistently working or for 3 months but only just found your videos. They are so fun, challenging, and just plain amazing. I already feel such a shift in my strength and tone.     I can't wait to try this one! Thank you so much for sharing these workouts. I'm getting back into the swing of working out after abdominal surgery (6 weeks ago), so I haven't been doing any of the ab sections for the past few weeks. It might be another month before I'm in shape enough to try this workout, but it's so exciting to have something waiting for me. :) I like the option to add the music for those who miss it, but I actually really enjoy not having the music -- it ends up distracting me.

    Great for all levels. I encourage for all hard hitting gym nuts to do this to help flexibility and strengthen all the muscles in the back of the body!

    Omgawsh this is the most intense but and leg workout I’ve done!!! Squats ain’t jack 💩 after I did this lol 😂 I will be back for more!!👌🏽💜💯
