The 3 three steps you talk about I sure don't always pick up on trigger words sometimes they go over my head, the L stance has never been know I've avoided talking to women in a interesting way my second doubt mind. There is a law of human nature that states, if you chase something or someone, you end up pushing them away. If you're coy, you have the effect of attracting people towards you. In other words, if you chase women, they see you as too eager and VERY desperate, and turns them off. It's psychology 101. You've got a lot of learning to do....

@@luisvalladolid7782 Not lie. Believe in yourself. Be aware of all your good qualities, be proud of them, and (if you think she is good enough to maybe deserve you), show them to her without bragging. Tell her about yourself in an honest, witty, confident manner.
And watch her, if she is interested enough in you then test her by asking her to do small favours for you. Never get angry or sad if she doesn't want to, just joke about it in a causal way, then tell her you have things to do, and walk away confidently, as happy and carefree as before. Always be soft and courteous to her, unless she really pisses you off by doing something you shouldn't do to anyone, in that case become ice cold, don't lose your temper. As long as she is treating you with respect, then be kind to her (not needy/"nice" though), and if she does something to please you then give her a warm, inviting, heartfelt smile. Always keep your emotional balance.

And you don't have to take yourself so seriously so what if she says no that's not gonna hurt you that just means you're closer to the girl that you been looking for.

I actually like this message. You’re teaching the mental aspect of it which I feel like that’s ALWAYS been my problem. I mentally talk myself out of so many situation that I could’ve possibly made happen with women in my life and I almost 30 years old I need to change it now
Let's be honest: Men are not the problem. Women's expectations are too high. Otherwise men would not have to seek videos like this.
I think its a little of both.. woman are constantly getting approached and hit on a daily basis.. and it's usually men that give them so much validation that it makes it feel like they are too good for you.. they ruin it for the good guys that have the best interest

While I agree with this video a 100 percent. I also find it important that you work on knowing what you are wanting, needing and expecting in any relationship. More importantly work to make sure you know that she knows what she is wanting too. This only works for those women who have defined what they want out of life and out of relationship.

I think she is right. Just start being yourself - that all starts by learning who you are. Start to throw self-hatred and prejudices against yourself and other people overboard. Act naturally, hence self-confident. That is the hardest part, actually, a learning process that can last a while. Once you have found that out, people around you - not just women - perceive you the way you are. And that, on the other hand - is attractive. Just remember - attractive goes back to Latin 'attrahere' - which means as much as being drawn to someone or something, so being yourself which results from knowing yourself is attractive meaning that other people feel drawn to you.

As an average guy who's had many beautiful women in my life this video caught my eye. Looking back I don't think that I even once 'chatted up' a woman. Usually I've been thrown into the vicinity of a woman and just started talking about the weather etc etc. This wasn't a conscious ploy and my intention wasnt to attract her..... Merely to have a conversation with her in the same way I would talk to an old couple/ Ex soldier/ homeless person or any other fellow human being. There is a feel good factor involved with these small human connections..... And......(I never ask) sometimes I've been lucky enough to be given contact details and sometimes a relationship has developed. I've had friends ask 'how do you do it !?' . When you stop worrying what others think in not just approaching women but in everyday life then you are now on the road to finding your confidence. I was very shy in my 20’s and missed out on a lot of beautiful women who were into me because I didn’t believe in myself so sort that out first then they will be flocking.
If you do greet a beautiful woman and she says “in your dreams” then just reply you have been for the last 3 nights which is why I felt the need to greet you.
